Highly recommend this tour! We had a great time with Callum and learned so much about the city and beer of course! It was a fun combo of a walking, off the beaten path Berlin, and drinking tour. Callum has so much passion for the city and tells great stories. While this shouldn’t be your only tour if you’ve never been to Berlin before (because you’ll miss the touristy stuff), it is a highly recommended addition to any trip! Thank you, Callum!
This may have been my favorite tour of our entire trip! Darren was exceptionally knowledgeable about both German and Berlin history and shared so much as we walked from beer to beer. We could see his love of history as well as Berlin. It wasn't an issue for us, but be aware you will be walking between 3 and 4 miles during the tour. I suggest you wear comfortable shoes and in the hot summer months dress cooly and bring along some water. I would highly suggest this tour especially if you can get Darren as your guide.

A fantastic experience . Our guide Darren was absolutely superb with his knowledge about the history of Berlin ........ and it pubs. It is a long tour so good walking shoes are recommended . The Pubs visited and the history insights given along the way to each were just superb. Would recommend this tour to anyone who like history and trying new beers . Les T
If I could only recommend one tour as an absolute must whilst youre in Berlin it would be this one (if you like beer and history). Paul was funny and really knowledgeable of all Berlins history, lots of fun unknown facts and the tour itself was really well paced, very informative and very good beer recommendations, 10/10 really enjoyed it.
Hands down the most entertaining, educational tour I’ve taken. I spent three days doing walking tours and boat excursions in Berlin only to feel I was finally getting a real taste for the city on this tour. Paul is so charismatic, intelligent, passionate about Berlin and really brought our group together. I joined the tour solo (as my husband was working) and left the tour with 8 new friends. Highly highly recommend! A must do in Berlin (but you must like beer)! Thank you so much, Paul! Lovely to meet you!!!
Darren provided a great tour of history and included beers! He was very engaging and he was interested in the members of the tour. He engaged with everyone on the tour to understand where they were from and what they did for work and why they were in Berlin. It added to the experience.
Book this!! Really fantastic tour, our guide Darren was brilliant, so full of fascinating facts and a consummate entertainer. Really lovely group too, Darren did a great job of establishing a group rapport, we all had dinner together afterwards and have kept in touch!
