Safi is an INCREDIBLE tour guide! I took this tour with my mom on a mother daughter trip and had the most incredible time. He was so intentional with his guide, so informative and paid close attention to detail. He made us feel so safe, informed, and cultured! It’s the first thing we did when we arrived into the city and it definitely did not disappoint! Our driver was brilliant - chatty, confident and very knowledgeable. He took us to places we wouldn’t have had a chance to see on our short 2 night trip and stopped a few times for photo opportunities. Well worth the money to get your bearings and an idea of how lovely this city really is.
Haitam was a great host! He was so informative, patient, and engaged. 10/10 experience, I would recommend people to request him!
Its a great introduction to Madrid city centre. Hiatam was really informative and knew all the history of Madrid. He was very nice .I would highly recommend this tour.
Overall, I highly recommend this experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable. I was deciding between the bus tour and the tour and it was the best decision I ever made going with this tour. We skipped a lot of traffic and got to stop at some sites to even take pictures.
Informative and easy to get thru the narrow streets. Our guide was excellent, evened dropped the other couple who was the the group back to a location we judged viewed near the drop off point

Haitam is an articulate and interesting person and has a great knowledge of Madrid. He speaks very clearly and contacted me the morning of the tour to confirm the details. I was the only booking for that time but instead of cancelling or changing the time I was given my own private tour which was extremely interesting. Also at the end of the tour was happy to drop me off at the Palace rather than the pickup point
