Pick up was 45 minutes with zero communication until I said I wanted a refund. We were not able to be picked up 45 minutes late and still stay on schedule with other excursions we planned that day. Still waiting on refund.
Overall, this was a pretty unique experience. Love the scooters. Hope they evolved the traveling locations a little bit. It was not as exciting as I would prefer but still something different than the Norm.
Bryan and Richard were fantastic! So patient with us as we were first time scooter drivers. We had a fabulous time and the island is so beautiful. Would absolutely recommend if you would like to try something new and see beautiful sites. Thank you all for a lovely experience and time!
Exploring St. Lucia by electric scooter was hands-down one of the most fun and freeing ways to see the island! From the moment I hopped on, it felt like the perfect blend of adventure and chill island vibes. Please note: I could not handle it so I rode with a guide. St. Lucia’s hills and curves are real, so a bit of caution and confidence on the throttle goes a long way — especially on steeper sections. But with a light breeze, tropical sunshine, and the sound of waves in the distance, it never felt stressful — just exciting. 🌞🌊 Locals were friendly and helpful, too — a quick smile or wave from someone on the roadside just added to the island charm. The scooters themselves? Clean, smooth, and well maintained. Perfect way to see the real St. Lucia — off the beaten path and the electric scooters in St. Lucia are a total yes if you want a fun, flexible, and eco-friendly way to explore the island. Just bring sunscreen, a sense of adventure! 🛴 Special shout out to Thomas, you made the excursion memorable!
For those who can ride motorcycles or mopeds the tour is great! Rather difficult for people without experience. A lady fell several times with the scooter while driving in and finally set it against a container. The suggestion that riding a bike is enough to handle the tour is misleading. If you can handle the scooter, the tour is great. We saw a lot and the ride was pleasant.
We had a memorable ride around backroads, quiet due to the electric motor scooters, under the caring guidance of Brian, who looked after us very well. He took us around hilly streets where normal people live, via the Daren Sammy stadium, then on to Rodney Bay and Pidgeon Island, where we stopped for refreshments.
I went with my partner and had originally intended to have a scooter each. However, they were incredibly hard to drive (accelerates extremely quickly) and the training car park was very small. I ended up sitting on the back of the scooter while my partner drove. We were lucky in that the roads were very quiet, we would have felt much more uncomfortable driving in the traffic we'd experienced over the rest of our holiday. It was nice to get out and about and try something new but none of the stops we had were particularly interesting or scenic. Lovely coach driver for the pick up.
We showed up early for the pre-determined pick-up time and stood there for a full hour, but no one from the operator showed up. We did not have cell service off the ship, so one of the cab drivers let us use his phone. When I got in touch with the business, they claimed we were not there, which was b/s, and proceeded to be quite rude wth us and hung up the phone. After looking forward to this event for many months, our day was ruined. due to this, we cancelled another excursion we had a few days later at another island to make sure this would not happen again. Piss poor businessMost definitely would not recommend this excursion.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that you were disappointed, however we must respectfully clarify the circumstances surrounding this situation, as the account provided does not accurately reflect what occurred. On the day in question, this tour had six (6) separate couples scheduled for the exact same pickup time and location. All other guests arrived on time and were successfully picked up and went on to enjoy the tour as planned. Our team arrived at the designated location at the scheduled time and waited approximately 15 minutes beyond departure, after which the remaining guests—who were present and growing understandably frustrated—requested that we proceed. If a guest was present at the correct location and time, it would not have been possible for all other parties to be picked up while one was missed. After departure, our office received a phone call from the reviewer demanding an immediate pickup. While we understand the frustration of missing an excursion, our staff was spoken to in an extremely rude and aggressive manner despite calmly explaining that the vehicle had already departed and that all of our tours operate on a strict schedule. Once a departure window has passed, it is unfortunately not possible to turn a tour around without negatively impacting all other guests who arrived on time. We would also like to note that a one-star review of a tour that was not actually experienced does not fairly reflect the quality of our product or service. The remaining guests on that tour had a fantastic experience, consistent with the overwhelming majority of our reviews. We genuinely regret that this guest missed their tour and understand how disappointing that can be. However, lateness to a scheduled pickup—particularly on shared excursions—cannot be attributed to poor business practice, nor is it a reflection of the experience we consistently deliver to our guests. We appreciate all feedback and remain committed to providing safe, well-organized, and memorable experiences for those who join us on time. — LucianStyle Experiences
