Les Remparts sont souvent vécus comme une promenade panoramique. Cette visite les aborde différemment. Cette visite n'est pas conçue comme une chronologie historique complète ou un aperçu rapide, mais comme une explication claire et structurée de la façon dont la ville s'est défendue. Plutôt que de se concentrer sur les vues seules, il explique comment Dubrovnik fonctionnait comme un État fortifié — comment les murs ont été conçus, comment ils ont évolué et comment ils ont été utilisés dans la pratique. À mesure que vous avancez le long des murs, chaque section est replacée dans son contexte : pourquoi elle a été construite ainsi, quelles menaces elle a abordées et ce qu’elle révèle des priorités de la République. Fantastic tour of the city walls! Our guide was Davor (who, ironically, we had the day before for our city tour). It was wonderful to have Davor again as he could skip some of what we learned the day before and give us a deeper history of the walls and old town Dubrovnik. He was very knowledgeable about all the history and delivered into it in a way that kept you interested.
Such an amazing tour!! Davor was very knowledgeable the history and had a great outgoing personality! Loved by our family of 7 including 11 and 13 year old.

It was very nice we saw sites around all of Dubrovnik, I highly recommend. It is also great exercise so if you’re looking for that, I would definitely do it. He’s a very nice person too. I did the Game of Thrones tour and the walking tour. The Game of Thrones tour is very great, especially when you’ve seen the show. So if you ever go to Dubrovnik, definitely do this tour five stars.

Davor was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable on a wide range of the city history. Arranging the tour was very easy for our family of six, he was extremely communicative through the entire process.

Davor was an amazing guide, extremely knowledgeable of all Croatian history and very accommodating to my families needs. The tickets were not included, but he took us to the ticket office for purchase. A great tip, this ticket included access to many other sites/museums as well as the local bus. Walking the wall this time of year is hot! Bring water or enjoy several vendors along the way for rest and a cold drink.
