La première étape de notre visite est un symbole emblématique de Londres. Il a fallu 35 ans pour construire le chef-d'œuvre de Sir Christopher Wren et c'est aujourd'hui l'une des plus grandes églises du monde. Incroyablement, cette imposante cathédrale en forme de dôme était également le plus haut bâtiment de Londres jusque dans les années 1960. Sa construction entre 1675 et 1710 faisait partie d'un programme de reconstruction après que la cathédrale d'origine située ici ait été emportée par le grand incendie de Londres en 1666 : avec pas moins de sept chapelles, d'innombrables statues et des œuvres d'art inestimables à l'intérieur, ainsi que la plus grande crypte d'Europe. , il y a des trésors historiques et religieux à chaque coin de rue de St Paul. Sir Christopher Wren : La quête du savoir est une nouvelle exposition spéciale à la cathédrale Saint-Paul qui explore la vie et l'œuvre de Christopher Wren à travers des archives et des objets personnels. L'exposition enquête sur le génie de Wren et son esprit toujours curieux, mettant en lumière ses réalisations.

Mansion House est la résidence officielle du maire de Londres. C'est un bâtiment classé Grade I. Il est utilisé pour certaines des fonctions officielles de la ville de Londres, notamment deux dîners annuels avec cravate blanche.

Plenty of walking. St. Paul’s was beautiful. That’s where Charles and Diana married. The Crown Jewels were amazing. I wish you could stay longer but they scoot you through on a conveyor belt. Our tour guide, David, was great!

After a morning of sightseeing on our own (Churchill War Rooms and Westminster Abbey), it was a nice break to be bussed to a part of town we hadn't been able to explore. Our guide, Sandra, was knowledgeable, fun, and easily engaged in conversation. We went to St. George's Cathedral and the Tower of London then boated back on the Thames to Westminster. Other than a brief but soaking thunderstorm, it was a lovely afternoon.

I absolutely loved seeng the crown jewels! They were beautiful! Not only were there jewels of all kinds , shapes and sizes , but golden swords, crowns, sabers, and a multitude of gold in every room! The experience was one I will never forget! My one regret is that pictures were not allowed!

Not worth the time or money. We booked 2 tickets, one of us was sick so only one could go. They could not refund the ticket money. My husband who went on the tour said they hardly explained anything in the tower of London. I have been on other tours and they were so informative. He mentioned that there was a loud family on the phone and the guide Stella was not very good nor was she informative. This is literally the first time I’ve booked something on trip advisor / Viator that didn’t turn out to be good. Don’t fall for the ratings, book a different tour.

I was 10-15 minutes late arriving and the tour left without me and viator won't give me a refund. HIghly disappointed and this is not a good way to do business.

This tour was okay. The woman giving the tour was friendly enough, however, you could not hear her at times. Five years ago, I previously did the Tower of London and did a Beefeater tour, which was much more exciting and informative. The tour guidance of St. Paul's Cathedral was decent. However, this tour was lacking in the information that was given once you arrive at the tower.
