Description
Une courte promenade en voiture en Mercedes climatisée vous mènera à la péninsule de Pelješac, la plus célèbre région des huîtres et des vins de Croatie. La première étape de la visite est la ville médiévale Ston, et ses salines pour en apprendre davantage sur la production de sel de mer et l'un des plus grands murs au monde construit pour protéger la production de sel au 14ème siècle. Nous ferons une visite de la célèbre cave où vous serez guidé par les membres de la famille qui vous montreront leurs caves à vin et où vous aurez une dégustation de vin accompagnée d'une assiette de fromages et d'huile d'olive produite localement. Nous embarquerons sur le bateau qui vous mènera directement à la Ferme des Huîtres où vous cueillirez et dégusterez Ostrea Edulis - les huîtres les plus savoureuses du monde! L'hôte vous préparera des moules accompagnées de vin, de liqueurs et de sucreries locales ! La visite est limitée à 8 personnes pour une meilleure interaction avec un Guide et une meilleure expérience!

Après un court trajet le long de la Riviera de Dubrovnik dans une Mercedes climatisée, nous atteindrons la ville médiévale de Ston où vous trouverez un mur de 5,5 km de long construit pour protéger la production de sel au 14ème siècle. C'est le deuxième plus grand mur du monde après la Grande Muraille de Chine :) *Vous serez dans un petit groupe de 8 personnes maximum pour une meilleure interaction avec un guide et une meilleure expérience*
Nous visiterons la célèbre cave de Pelješac où vous serez guidés par les membres de la famille qui vous feront visiter leurs caves à vin et vous raconteront tout sur les vignobles et la production de vin. Vous y ferez une dégustation de vins accompagnée d'une assiette de fromages et d'huile d'olive produite localement !
L'expérience Oysters Farm commencera à Mali Ston où vous serez accueillis par les membres de la famille locale qui vous raconteront des histoires intéressantes sur la baie de Mali Ston, un endroit où vous trouverez une reine des huîtres. Les huîtres Mali Ston sont considérées comme les huîtres les plus savoureuses du monde :) Préparez-vous à vivre quelque chose de complètement différent en montant à bord du bateau qui vous mènera directement à la ferme ostréicole. Vous apprendrez tout sur la culture et la production des huîtres et des moules. Vous aurez également une dégustation d'huîtres et de moules accompagnées de vin, de spiritueux locaux et de friandises locales traditionnelles.

Al was a superb guide! He attended to our every need and allowed us to make choices about the things we wanted to see. Today I took the “Wine and Oyster” tour in Dubrovnik with our tour guide, Al. He was punctual, polite and extremely knowledgeable. This was my first time to the area and Al explained historical events and shared many facts about the area. He answered our questions and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. I learned so much. We had an excellent experience exploring the beauty of Old Town, Dubrovnik and the surrounding areas. His professional demeanor was comfortable and easy going. I would recommend you book a tour with him if you are in the area. You will learn a lot and have a fun experience!
Fabulous tour with Damir in late May 2026. Damir is from the area and added his personal experiences to make the tour more educational and enjoyable. We enjoyed a wine tasting arranged for our tour and a boat trip to an oyster farm, where the mussels and oysters were served with an excellent preparation, so that even those who don't usually like those types of seafood found them delicious! The stop in Ston was also informative and enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour if staying in Dubrovnik for a few days. !
This excursion, including the Guide Verbana was the best experience we had on our entire trip. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and just wonderful all around the trip to the oyster Farm even traveling to the oyster farm. She kept gave us a wonderful history and background of the area and was just delightful to be around the stop at the local winery that had been a business for 90 years. It was endearing as well and we were really impressed with Ston. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful day with Alex wine tasting and oyster/ mussel tasting. He is calm, knowledgeable and has some great stories and facts about Croatia. Thank you for a wonderful day! Who knew “Salary” came from the hot commodity salt?

This was our favorite experience of our trip! They provide pickup and drop off directly at your hotel/airbnb which was very convenient. The food and wine were amazing and the scenery was beautiful. We also enjoyed the fact that it was a smaller group (6 people). Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend it!

This tour was as advertised. Damir was a good guide that traveled to Ston to see the salt farms then onto the oyster farms to eat the very rare Mali Ston oysters. So worth it! We are here in April so not sure I’d do this in the height of summer

Great tour. Our guide Mislav was knowledgable, entertaining and quite fun!! The winery visit and tasting was very informative, with several wine selections to try. Super relaxing and serene environment...and the our guide at the winery was outstanding. Oyster farm was amazing. Tons of oysters and mussels to eat, wine and all in a very peaceful setting on the bay. Learned a lot and ate well! Highly recommend!
