Amazing! The power plant at night was very cold and lighting up Niagara was one of the highlights of our trip. Really appreciated our guide Oscar
Oscar helping make lighting up Niagara one of the trip highlights is a memory that sticks around long after the cold wears off! 🌟
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. we had some extra time to start so our tour guide Greg brought us to a few extra local historical spots and told us about them before the power plant tour start time. we enjoyed the power plant tremendously and our 3 course dinner at Table Rock House Restaurant was fantastic! our waitress Nitsa was wonderful and our food was great. Greg was ready to take us to where the Niagara Falls night lights are controlled for the next tour, but since we were a little early again, he showed us a little bit about Clifton Hill amusement area on the way. we enjoyed our next tour and talking with Greg throughout our tour and enjoyed his company. we would highly recommend this tour, whether your a history buff, nature lover, or dining connoisseur.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review! 🌊 Greg, Nitsa, and the whole team will be thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed
This was a great tour! We enjoyed the Power Station and the food was great! The best part was the illumination tower! Highly recommend this tour!
The Illumination Tower is such a memorable highlight, and it’s great that the Power Station and food were hits too! So pleased this Niagara Falls tour delivered a night worth recommending 💡
Don't waste your money here, please. It will be both more economical and pleasant to just book these components on your own. Just call Table Rock, book a reservation for 6pm. Then head to the electric station arrive by 8pm. You can book in advance or just buy tickets while you're there. The illumination component is the highlight. Im not 100% sure if you can book that on your own so maybe just ask this company to book illuminations only (super cool for the kids to control the lights), The vendor and its agents are very disorganized and aloof. This vendor tried to cancel the dinner portion of our tour a day before we arrived, claiming the restaurant was to blame but then I called the restaurant and they said the company never reserved for us but we could just walk in….we did just that. The meal was meh but the view is spectacular! Then we met our tour guide Carlos. He was very friendly but completely incompetent and seemed to have trouble communicating - which is tough if you’re a tour guide. Carlos botched our electric station appointment and made us miss the light show which the boys were really looking forward to! Like above, illuminations at the end was great though.
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused. We understand how disappointing it must have been to deal with the dinner confusion, missed timing at the power station, and overall disorganization If you have not already, please reach out to our team directly or through your booking platform so we can review your experience in detail and work toward making this right.
Lighting up the falls was really cool. I see some other reviews that say it wasn’t much. Yes, you’re pressing buttons on a touch screen, but you’re living a once in a lifetime experience. Dinner was great - you are sat with the other couples/families on the tour at dinner. This was a bit awkward but we made it work. I wouldn’t do a tour package again just because of that little detail. If you’re not socially awkward, it’s fine. The tunnel and power station were cool. The best part of the tunnel is the view of the falls at the end. The two things that I didn’t like were being sat at a table with strangers, and they changed tour guides the day of the tour and didn’t communicate that to the driver so we missed the first part of the tour and met the other family on the way to dinner which didn’t really give us time to warm up and made dinner uncomfortable.
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and honest feedback. We’re also happy to hear you enjoyed the tunnel and power station, especially that final view of Niagara Falls. We understand how this affected the flow of your evening and made dinner feel awkward. Please know that we will be looking into this thoroughly to improve communication and coordination moving forward.
We enjoyed the tour that we were able to take of our package. An hour before our tour was to start. We got a notice that the power plant portion was canceled due to maintenance. This was very disappointing since I’m an engineer, and that was the only reason I chose this package. Asked for a refund for that portion of the package and you have yet to receive it.
We’re very sorry for the disappointment, especially since the power plant was the highlight you were looking forward to. Maintenance closures are unavoidable however a let-down, and your refund should have been processed by now. Please reach out to our guest services team with your booking details throught the contact details provided on your booking confirmation, we'd love to sort it out for you soon as we can. We hope we'll be able to show you around the power station soon!
The best tour to experience the entire area of the falls. From start to finish, the best way to spend an evening in the area. Our guide Greg was great and would recommend to anyone.
Excellent! Wow! Do this trip! We weren’t share exactly what it was when booking , but absolutely exceeded expectations.
We love your energy! Sometimes the best experiences are the ones that surprise you, we're so glad your tour was one of them. Thanks for taking a chance on us and for the enthusiastic recommendation! 😊
