the pick up was on time, the car was excellent (could have done with some water available - minor point) Henri our guide was absolutely brilliant and his knowledge was incredible - both about the region and then about the build up to the battle and on the battle itself - nothing was too much trouble despite hordes of questions - highly recommended

Dirk was our guide. He provided a lot of historical facts while walking thru the various sites forming a great base for the excursion. Prepare to walk a lot and if you so choose, which we did, there are 226 steps to the top of Lion's Mound. A MUST.... Great view of the surrounding countryside. Definitely make time for the panorama. There is so much to see and learn about Napoleon and the battle of Waterloo. Enjoy!

Nice place, we had a problem going in the farm. there were a few brits blacking the doors we asked if we can come in but they declined. so we gave them the old 1800 treatment and tested presented and fired. They retried back into the farm. All in all grate place but needs better customer support

The Waterloo tour brought the famous battle to life, standing where Napoleon fought was surreal. Climbing the Lions Hill gave us stunning views, and our guide’s stories made everything so vivid.

I only wanted to go up to the lion's mound but everything is closed off. You have to go through the museum and buy a ticket for 23€ which allows you to visit the entire memorial museum, panorama, mini train. The price is correct for everything but it's a shame that you can't choose what you want to do. In addition, dogs are prohibited so we cannot visit anything.

The tour guide (Marie) was lovely and provided interesting points about Belgium’s history and other sites as we passed. HOWEVER the price is exorbitant given that the guide does NOT accompany you at the battle site itself (the museum there does not permit it). So you are essentially paying for car service, waters, and a few tidbits of information. Take Ubers and use the audio guide at the museum instead! This is a WASTE of money. It is NOT a private tour.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your rating with us. We always strive to improve our products and services, so we'll consider your customer feedback. Best Regards , Julien
