Visite des cascades de Benang Kelambu et de Benang Stokel
Description
C’est une autre paire de cascades que vous devez voir lors de votre visite à Lombok. Situé dans la région centrale de Lombok, à seulement une heure et demie de route, le nom Benang Setokel signifie un paquet de fils. Cette cascade se compose de deux niveaux et chacun d'une hauteur de 20 mètres. L'eau provient d'une rivière en amont du mont Rinjani. Le temple Lingsar en tant que plus grand sanctuaire de l'île de Lombok existe depuis 1714 et a été construit par le successeur du roi Ketut Karangasem. Ce sanctuaire est une fédération entre l'hindouisme et l'islamique Wektu Telu. Meilleur site du patrimoine culturel de l'ancien palais de l'eau de Narmada. Construit par le roi de Mataram en 1805, une réplique du sommet du mont Rinjani et du lac Crater. L’ancien roi a construit ce palais alors qu’il n’était plus capable de gravir la montagne 3 726 Rinjani

Our driver Andy was such a lovely relaxed & informative man. Our local guide Ricco was very helpful & always offering support anytime I needed help especially with the very high steps. The trip was amazing & the waterfalls were beautiful 🤩 a must see when in Lombok. I am 66 & my husband is 71 & we walked the entire way. Very doable if you are relatively in good shape. I would recommend this day trip to Benang Setokel & Benang Kelambu. Lesley 🇦🇺

Great trip to see the waterfalls. Andy offered excellent communication, arranging the trip for us at short notice. He was friendly, knowledgeable and picked us up on time. At the waterfall, he’d arranged a local guide to take us up - she was amazing with our 5yo daughter, and gave us plenty of time to walk up at our own pace. The waterfalls were beautiful, and well worth the easy walk. On the way down, we’d arranged with Andy to get a short moped ride back down, which my daughter loved! There we stopped for some lunch (best nasi goreng I had through the whole trip!), before Andy drove us home again. Would recommend!

I booked last minute, and was thankful that they were able to accommodate me. The freelance guide that I got was really good. He was informative and was genuinely passionate about what he was doing. Most importantly, he wasn't at all pushy about using his services again, and that made me feel very comfortable. There aren't many tour guides who will put passion above money. The rating is one star less because I am not sure how much of what I paid (which isn't cheap by local standard) goes to the tour guide instead of the company.
