La visite commence au centre d'accueil en plein air et à l'excellent paysage où vous pourrez voir les montagnes incroyables entourant l'endroit, puis nous allons chercher des casques et des gilets de sauvetage pour le voyage. Après nous être préparés, nous commencerons à marcher dans la forêt épaisse, en passant par des allées et en voyant aussi de multiples plantes et fleurs locales, puis nous nous arrêterons au sommet pour nous reposer sur la montagne, où nous commencerons à descendre à travers les cascades, les différents niveaux des cascades sont passés en sautant, nageant et glissant sur les toboggans aquatiques. À la fin de la visite, vous aurez la possibilité de boire du rhum ou la boisson traditionnelle mamajuana qui est totalement naturelle dominicaine, ainsi que du soda ou de l'eau, parfois nous ne nous arrêtons pas pour fournir des fruits naturels à nos clients pour plus d'excitation! Cette visite comprend l'accès aux 7 cascades du lieu.

Our Waterfall Adventure in Puerto Plata was hands down one of the highlights of our cruise! From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organized, exciting, and exceeded our expectations. A huge shoutout to our driver and tour guide, Santos. He was absolutely fantastic! He made us feel comfortable and reassured from the moment we met him. Santos was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared interesting information about Puerto Plata along the way. Most importantly, he was very mindful of our cruise ship schedule, carefully managing our timing so we had plenty of time to enjoy the excursion while ensuring we returned to the port well ahead of departure. That peace of mind made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The waterfalls themselves were breathtaking and so much fun! Every jump, slide, and swim was an adventure, and the guides made everyone feel safe while keeping the energy high. We also can't say enough about our photographer, Jackson. He did an outstanding job capturing every exciting moment of our adventure. The photos and videos were absolutely incredible—professional, fun, and full of memories we'll treasure forever. He somehow managed to catch all the best moments while letting us fully enjoy the experience. If you're visiting Puerto Plata, don't hesitate to book this excursion. The beautiful scenery, the thrilling waterfalls, the exceptional service from Santos, and the amazing memories captured by Jackson made this a true five-star experience. The most fun experience we’ve had yet! Alfredo, our driver, truly went above and beyond to make sure our time in the DR was unforgettable. His kindness and hospitality set the tone for the entire day. The journey up to the waterfalls is no joke—be prepared for a lot of stairs—but it’s absolutely worth it. The guides were fantastic, providing water along the way (which we definitely needed!) and even taking photos if you bring a waterproof phone case. After the hike, the lunch was phenomenal and exactly what we needed to refuel. We also had the chance to explore Puerto Plata, and our tour guide Franchesco made it such a fun experience, showing us some amazing spots around the city. I truly can’t recommend this excursion enough—an unforgettable adventure from start to finish!
Santos was waiting for us when we left the port. He was amazing. He was so friendly. Explained aspects of the DR. He had drinks available. He waited for us while we were on our excursion. Such a good guy. I’d want him to be our driver over and over again.
We booked the 7 Waterfalls tour expecting a big group, but it ended up being a private experience just for my boyfrriend and we couldn't have lucked out more with Santos as our host! Santos was incredible and really made the day special. The waterfalls were one of the most amazing experiences we have had travelling , and the local food afterward was incredible. To top it all off, Santos kept us fueled with plenty of Mamajuana, which made the journey to and from , just as fun as the tour. Thank you Santos!
Booked this trip last minute as we came into cruise port. Was a highlight of our trip. The van ride to waterfalls through DR was great, with mangos provided by the driver. The waterfall slides and jumps were a must do with family of 7. Highly recommend and would repeat.
Excellent service! Driver was prompt and waiting for us in the designated pickup area. Vehicle was very nice and roomy. It was about 35-min drive to the falls. I would recommend bringing your own water shoes or secure sandals with but can rent for $3. There is a very long walk to get to the falls. Took us about 40-minutes with several stops to rest. Absolutely enjoyed our photographer. He captured everything very well while also filming the experience. There is a cost for the photos but well worth it. Would highly recommend the experience!
We really enjoyed this activity! Be prepared however as it's a long trek to the waterfall, uphill almost the whole way! It's worth the trek however because we had a great time! Our guides Gabriel and Jacobo were caring, knowledgeable and very prepared. - take water shoes so you don't have to rent them - bring a waterproof phone pouch if you want to bring a phone - you can rent a locker to put all other belongings in it - bring a towel and change of clothes for after - bring cash to tip the awesome guides The buffet lunch provided was pretty average, but we were very hungry after the hiking so it was ok. Water, coke, coffee, etc. were included but alcohol was extra. Finally, our driver Daniel was awesome. He went above and beyond to make our trip fun, even stopping by a roadside stand so we could get fresh coconuts!!! Overall we had a fabulous time and highly recommend this company and this tour! They go the extra mile!
Fantastic! Everyone was so kind and helpful. High quality outfit.. best tour of our vacation! I was a bit nervous about safety as a 70 year old, but they all made me feel safe and cared for. Beautiful setting and fun experience. Fresh and yummy lunch. Bravo!
