Familiarisez-vous avec la campagne néerlandaise lors de cette excursion d'une journée de 8 heures avec votre guide à travers les villages de Zaanse Schans, Edam, Volendam et Marken. Émerveillez-vous devant les célèbres moulins à vent de Zaanse Schans tout en découvrant leur importance pour la région. Visitez un atelier de sabotage où ils nous sculpteront en direct cette chaussure typique. Prenez un temps libre pour photographier les paysages impressionnants. Visitez Edam, un site du patrimoine mondial et dont la vieille ville est l'une des plus belles de Hollande. Dégustez dans une fromagerie, où ils nous montreront comment le fromage est fabriqué. Cette visite comprend une dégustation approfondie. Perdez-vous au milieu des maisons en bois et du labyrinthe de rues étroites de Volendam, l'ancien village de pêcheurs. Profitez d'un peu de temps libre pour déguster le poisson local. La morue et le hareng du Volendam sont délicieux! Ensuite, rendez-vous sur la vieille île de Marken en profitant de la vue imprenable autour de vous. Ce lieu historique reste bien conservé à ce jour. Enfin, nous retournerons à Amsterdam.
Notre guide vous expliquera l'histoire et la fonction des moulins hollandais typiques et visitera avec vous un atelier traditionnel de sabots de bois. Ensuite, vous profiterez de temps libre pour visiter et photographier les moulins.
Après une visite à pied du centre de la ville historique d'Edam en visitant ses monuments et ses coins les plus connus, nous accéderons à une fromagerie typique où ils nous parleront du processus de fabrication du fromage et nous profiterons d'une dégustation de différents types de fromage.
Nous profiterons d'une visite guidée de la vieille ville et du port de Volendam. Nous aurons du temps libre pour nous promener et manger dans l'un de ses restaurants.
Une fois arrivés à l'îlot de Marken, nous profiterons d'une visite guidée de son port idyllique à travers ses rues étroites avant de retourner à Amsterdam. En raison de la fermeture des routes, la visite à Marken n'aura pas lieu du 13 avril au 18 mai.

Wonderful tour with an opportunity to see and appreciate the importance of dams in the countryside. Bea and Hasan looked after us well and we learnt so much about the making of clogs, the importance of Windmills in times past, and got to try a whole lot of different cheeses. We highly rate this tour.
The windmill was fantastic and much bigger than I thought, bus drive took a bit but I napped. Also passed by some nice islands and areas and it felt so nice to see the other parts outside just Amsterdam.

Lived the tour. Informative, beautiful scenery, could of had more time at the places to walk around and enjoy the scenery. Too many tour buses there at one time so you couldn't appreciate the experience as much. But a beautiful area wouldn't like to go back and have time just to spend and enjoy

Our guide was Holly. I had planned on doing this tour on my own with public transportation. But it was so convenient to do it with the tour. Why waste time waiting for a bus when you can walk up to your private coach. Holly was great. I only wished she shared even more stories about the Netherlands.

It's a lovely tour, windmills we're beautiful, cheese tasting very nice but remember UK visitors can't take cheese home, clog making very interesting, volendam absolutely charming, all in all a wonderful trip
