Ainsi, en plus de profiter de la gastronomie, vous en apprendrez plus sur ma ville et mon pays. Guide local expert en gastronomie et histoire. Petits groupes. Max. 10 personnes.

Notre visite gastronomique débutera à Apple Store (Puerta del Sol) à 19h00. Je vais vous accueillir à Madrid et vous expliquer un peu ce que nous allons faire pendant la visite.
Après vous avoir accueilli à la Puerta del Sol, nous irons dans le quartier d'Autrias, ici nous nous arrêterons (selon les jours) à nos premiers arrêts gastronomiques. Vous découvrirez les mêmes lieux où les habitants vont, à la recherche de tapas traditionnelles telles que les Crevettes à l'ail, les Tomates Tranchées, le Chorizo Frit ou les Bravas, les Champignons (Ce n'est qu'un exemple des tapas que nous pourrions essayer cet après-midi-là.)
Après avoir dégusté des tapas comme des habitants authentiques, nous retournons à nouveau à la Puerta del Sol. Ici, je vais décrire cette belle place, je vais vous raconter son histoire et quelques symboles qui s'y trouvent.
Au cours de notre visite gastronomique, nous visiterons des lieux emblématiques de la ville, tels que la Calle Mayor, la Plaza Mayor, ici je vais vous donner un bref résumé de l'histoire de la Plaza, la plus importante Plaza de Madrid.
Après avoir visité la Plaza Mayor, nous entrons dans le Madrid médiéval. Dans cette zone, nous nous arrêterons dans un bar à tapas classique de Madrid.
Après avoir terminé notre 3ème bar à tapas et en route vers notre dernier arrêt, le 4ème, nous visiterons l'une des plus belles places de Madrid. La Plaza de la Villa, ici je vais vous donner un bref et intéressant résumé de la place. Nous passerons également par le plus vieux restaurant du monde. Ici, je vais vous raconter une brève histoire du restaurant.
Et pour terminer notre visite gastronomique, nous irons dans l'une des meilleures churrerias de Madrid pour essayer nos churros au chocolat. Ce sera notre 4ème et dernier arrêt. Nous terminerons à Calle Arenal, à 5 minutes à pied de la Puerta del Sol, où nous avons commencé notre visite.

My family and I booked this tapas tour on a rainy Monday afternoon in Madrid, and Carmen made it a wonderful evening, enjoying the tapas and churros with chocolate. Carmen gave us lots of information about the city and its history. We were very happy with the tour. I recommend it if you want a mix of gastronomy and the city's history.
Do it your first night We did the Tavern, Tapas, and History tour. Carmen was our guide. She was great. It was an amazing way to see the city and to get the history and culture of Madrid. We enjoyed all four stops. We had a great group of people on our tour. We learned a lot. There is plenty of food and you won't leave hungry. I would recommend doing this your first night in Madrid if possible. It's well worth it.
Food, History, and Wine Carmen, our guide, was the perfect combination of knowledge, friendliness, and an exceptional host. Proud of her city, its history, and its cuisine, she made dining with the best host. The food was plentiful and delicious. You'll walk around a bit between sites and learn a lot.

Hands down the best tour we've done in a very long time. Carmen was engaging, knowledgeable and fun. It was so relaxing having a local person order the specialoties; food and wine delicious! Recommended without reservation.

I can't say enough about this tour with Carmen! It was the best way to start our trip to Madrid! We had a wonderful time learning about the city and its cuisine. We visited various places where we tried some typical Spanish dishes such as garlic prawns, patatas bravas, mushrooms, and of course, churros with chocolate. It's worth booking while you're in Madrid!

It was a very fun tour, and Carmen made the whole experience very enjoyable. She took us to great places you wouldn't normally find on your own. And she knew most of the city inside out. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid, but book it early in your trip. The guide, besides taking you to the restaurants you'll be going to that night, will give you more information about other bars to go to after the tour. I highly recommend it.
We took a wonderful tour with Carmen. My family enjoyed delicious tapas and drinks, and we learned a lot of history. We ended our tour by trying a Spanish classic: hot chocolate with churros. We would definitely do it again!
