Prise en charge à votre hébergement et transfert à Syracuse, où vous visiterez le magnifique parc archéologique de Neapolis pour une promenade au cœur de l'histoire de la grande civilisation grecque. Ensuite, visite d'Ortigia (l'île de Syracuse) et de son centre historique, où vous pourrez flâner au marché local, découvrir et acheter des produits du terroir et des souvenirs, avant de vous installer dans une épicerie fine typique (BURGIO) où vous pourrez déguster des produits maison typiques, tels qu'une délicieuse sélection de charcuterie et de fromages, d'olives, de tomates séchées, d'aubergines, de champignons, etc. Le tout est servi avec du pain chaud pour rehausser la saveur unique des produits frais. Rendez-vous à Noto, l'un des principaux centres baroques de Sicile, où vous pourrez admirer les plus beaux édifices baroques de la région et déguster l'un de nos délicieux desserts, comme le cannolo, la cassata, la granita, etc.
La visite commence par le parc archéologique de Neapolis, le quartier le plus emblématique de Syracuse, où vous pourrez découvrir le théâtre grec, les Latomie del Paradiso, l'Oreille de Dionysos et l'amphithéâtre romain.
La prochaine étape sera Ortigia, où se trouvent les ruines des plus anciennes constructions grecques. Parmi celles-ci, la plus importante est la cathédrale de Syracuse, qui se dresse au sommet de la petite île d'Ortigia. La fontaine d'Aréthuse est un site très important et célèbre d'Ortigia ; elle se trouve sur une vaste terrasse surplombant la mer, où poussent des papyrus.
La prochaine étape est Noto, où vous découvrirez le centre historique baroque, l'un des plus importants de Sicile, avec ses superbes édifices, ses églises et sa magnifique cathédrale. Surnommée la « capitale du baroque » : en 2002, son centre historique a été inscrit au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, tout comme le Val di Noto.

Awesome experience. Martino was an excellent driver and tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, funny, and kind. He also kept us well hydrated in the heat! Would highly recommend! Absolutely beautiful areas of Sicily rich in history.
Terrible tour. We travel extensively and this was one of the worst guides we’ve ever encountered. Why you say??? Well HE WAS NOT A GUIDE! He was simply a driver taking us to each location. A simple drop off and time to meet up again. No info, no detail, absolutely nothing. BUYER BEWARE! Do not get stuck hiring these people who have little to no experience with the locations and are simply acting as drivers. Very dissatisfied!
I was a little concerned before the tour because the day-of ended up being quite hot and we had our 5-month old baby. Martino was our driver and he made it a 10/10 experience. He dropped us off in areas where we could minimize too much time in the direct heat and was very mindful of helping us feel comfortable and have what we needed. He really went above and beyond. Outside of that, the tour was great. Martino was a great driver, the car was clean and he gave us great information at each stop so we knew what to look for. He also was personable and enjoyable to spend the day with while we were driving. This is a great tour if you’re looking for a knowledgeable driver who will give you great information and then you do the actual exploring on your own and meet him back when you’re ready for the next stop. A great way to see these beautiful cities!!
We had an excellent driver and tour guide, Martino. The town was so charming and the ancient ruins at the archeological park were amazing. It was super hot so the driver did his best to always keep us hydrated and cool.
If you are looking for a driver with minimal information this experience is for you. He would take us to major attractions and give us directions where to walk and stay with his car until we exited. Previous experiences with guides have been them accompanying us into the site/place with a lot of factual information and pointing out pertinent features. Ricardo was very pleasant and courteous. Overall a disappointing experience
Our driver for this adventure was Ricardo. He was wonderful! He picked us up on time at our hotel in a very clean black Mercedes van. We drove to Noto, Isola di Ortigia and Parco Archeologico della Neapolis in Syracusa. Along the way, Ricardo explained where we were going, the significance and history, information about local traditions and celebrations and so much more. By having a private driver, we could finish early if we wanted and go to the next site. If we wanted to spend extra time somewhere, that was fine. Ricardo spoke excellent English and was a very safe, conscientious driver. I highly recommend Ricardo and Taxi Catania NCC.
It is a taxi that takes you and picks you up from the three destinations. The time to see them is very limited. Unless you are interested in entering the archaeological park of Syracuse, I recommend spending more time in Ortigia and skipping the last stop, as there is little to see in Syracuse. Ignasi is very pleasant and offers many tips for sightseeing and dining.
Riccardo was super great and explained us a lot about all of our stops! He waited us in every stop we did and gave us many recommendations to take the best of our tour.
I highly recommend this tour! Our driver was safe, courteous and very knowledgeable! He was a safe driver as well and always on time and dependable.
It was great having our own driver and guide to take us to so many different locations so that we wouldn’t have to drive and park everywhere ourselves!
