Cette excursion allie parfaitement histoire, culture et nature. Découvrez Santa Cruz de Tenerife, San Cristóbal de La Laguna et le parc rural d'Anaga, réserve de biosphère de l'UNESCO Notre premier arrêt sera Santa Cruz de Tenerife, la capitale de l'île. Nous explorerons ses rues animées qui nous mèneront vers certains de ses endroits les plus remarquables, tels que la Plaza de España ou le Mercado de Nuestra Señora de África. Ensuite, nous visiterons une forêt de lauriers dans le parc rural d'Anaga, une réserve de biosphère de l'UNESCO. Ce type de végétation ne se conserve que dans très peu d'endroits au monde, comme les îles Canaries. Pour terminer l'excursion, nous nous dirigerons vers San Cristóbal de La Laguna, la première ville fondée à Tenerife après sa conquête et un joyau historique déclaré site du patrimoine mondial par l'UNESCO en 1999. Nous parcourrons ses rues chargées d'histoire et de culture. Vous aurez ici du temps libre pour déjeuner et savourer la délicieuse cuisine canarienne.

Notre premier arrêt sera Santa Cruz de Tenerife, la capitale de l'île et le point principal des liaisons maritimes des îles Canaries. Vous pourrez y voir des bâtiments qui vous captiveront, comme l'Auditorium de Tenerife ou des constructions avant-gardistes comme la Plaza de España ou la Plaza Weyler.
Nous visiterons le parc rural d'Anaga, dans le massif du Teno, déclaré réserve de biosphère. L'aire protégée est traversée par un réseau de sentiers qui sillonne une grande partie du massif et permet d'accéder à différents types de paysages et à des villages traditionnels. Ce type de végétation ne se conserve que dans de très rares endroits au monde, comme aux îles Canaries.

Nous continuerons la route vers La Laguna, la première ville fondée à Tenerife après sa conquête. Ce joyau historique a été déclaré site du patrimoine mondial par l'UNESCO en 1999. Ici, nous nous promènerons dans ses rues pittoresques chargées d'histoire et de culture.

The description of the activity does not correspond with the reality regarding the visit of Anaga, since the bus parked in the municipality of El Rosario and accessed an urban park where you can see the laurel forest, but you can not walk more than 5 minutes through the same since the routes are cut, the company was consulted before doing the activity and I was not indicated this situation
Buenos días Araceli, Queremos agradecerle que nos haya trasladado su experiencia y lamentamos sinceramente las molestias ocasionadas. Recientemente, el Cabildo de Tenerife modificó la normativa de acceso al Parque Rural de Anaga para las empresas de excursiones organizadas. Debido a estos cambios, la ruta autorizada implicaba un trayecto considerablemente más largo, permitiendo únicamente una estancia muy reducida en el bosque. Esta situación afectó negativamente al desarrollo general de la excursión, reduciendo considerablemente el tiempo disponible para las visitas a La Laguna y Santa Cruz. Por este motivo, decidimos sustituir la visita a Anaga por el Bosque del Adelantado, en La Esperanza, buscando ofrecer una alternativa más satisfactoria para nuestros clientes. No obstante, entendemos perfectamente su reclamación, ya que esta modificación debía haberle sido comunicada previamente, especialmente tras haber consultado antes de realizar la reserva. En este punto, asumimos que ha habido un fallo por nuestra parte y le pedimos sinceras disculpas. Tomamos nota de lo sucedido para mejorar nuestros procesos de información y evitar que situaciones similares vuelvan a repetirse. Wonderful landscapes, spectacular treatment, my family and I loved this excursion, it is perfect to know the island better and enjoy the nature of Tenerife. Very good choice.

we received a confirmation with a pick up time of 08.50 at hotel A. Later we received a reconfirmation saying 08.00 at hotel B. this was also on the attached ticket. So at 07.50 we were at location B. At 08.30 no bus. You can't reach them by phone. Eventually sent mail. We got an answer that we had to be at location A. To which we replied that we found this very annoying and confusing. But in the email we were told that it is our own fault because it makes sense that you keep the time / place of the first confirmation ?!? We don't think so if you get a reconfirmation and tickets with different details at a later date. Because we ourselves were so alert to contact, we could still get to the other location on time, partly because the bus arrived at 09.15 instead of 08.50. We deeply resent Viator for this state of affairs. Eventually we were on the road for 1 1/2 hours before we were finally picked up. While we stayed 10 minutes away from the final boarding point. But no apology has been offered. That's what we hate the most. In addition, we had booked an English tour. We were on a bus with mostly Spaniards and Italians. The guide told everything extensively in Spanish and Italian. Then followed a short version in English. About the excursion itself we can say that the visit to Santa Cruz is totally unnecessary. You've only been in this town for a very short time and only see a very small part. Much of the time is spent in an indoor market, which is not interesting. Better to make a longer stop in the beautiful nature park. Now there was a 20-minute stop. The bus ride through the park was beautiful. La Laguna we found a very nice town. Be sure to visit this, but you can also do that with a city bus. Our advice is, do not book through this organization but directly with one of the booking offices you will find everywhere in Los Cristianos. For us, never Viator again.

We were told another meeting place. After short correspondence with the organizer, we were offered the next day to make the trip. We accepted and then started the adventure. In Santa Cruz there was still carnival, so we wandered through the city looking for our bus. Many roads were closed. The tour guide and the bus driver did their best despite tickets. The drive through the Anagage Mountains is impressive but not for the faint of heart. La Laguna is then a small oasis with a lovely old town. The day was varied and will remain in our memory.

We booked by Viator, the bus had no signs from this firm! Difficult to get the right bus! It took very long time with all the pickups! The stop in the capital was ok. The bus Trip in the northern island had a much too large bus ( too many people) for the bad and curving roads. La Laguna was great, they could have tould us more about what to see , for instance the university. The English from the guide was bad, the German even worse! But normally I understand both languages ( German best), but here it was quite difficult. Please make a tour with better guides, less people and let us rather pay more for it
Not enough time in Santa Cruz. Suggest passengers are informed where the toilets are in the market and to purchase food as the next opportunity is at 3:30 pm. Passengers need to be clear on when the bus is leaving as we waited nearly 30 mins in Santa Cruz for 2 no shows and 30 mins in Anaga for a couple. There was only time there to use the facilities and not see the hiking trail. We enjoyed La Laguna but only had 75 minutes there. All told I would not recommend this trip.

Excellent tour! Just enough time in all the right places. Really interesting guide and super driver. Really glad we did this and saw what the rest of the island can offer. Was initially put off reading some poor reviews but these were not true. The bus was prompt and the driving to and from was not long. There were lots of toilet stops and the aircon was fine. La Laguna was the highlight. The only suggestion would be to bring a snack / sandwich as lunch was about 2.30.

AVOID they are the worse, barely talks English, pick up location might change and you have to pay so much money to get there, they might drop you in a wrong location and lie to you , we had to walk 40 minutes to our hotel after a long day , they told us other side of the road is our hotel meantime it was 49 minutes walk
