Ariel was an awesome tour guide. His patriotism coupled with his great humor and vast knowledge of Israeli and Jewish history and culture made the tour very informative and memorable.

This company has to grow a lot, late pick up, no English taxi driver, rushed in the places and specially dead sea, I don't recommend it
Dear AlexandraM906, I am sorry you felt this way and I hope you contacted us sooner. Thank you
The trip was canceled due to weather conditions. I waited a few hours to find out what happened. I understood the reason, but was very disappointed. This would have been the souveneir of my trip. I am an elderly person and it is unlikely that I can come back in the near future to do the tour.
the guide was in the wrong place from the instructions. Then without warning the trip I paid for wasn't taking place that day. I was substituted with a comparable trip. then because of weather conditions it wasn't possible to see the remainder of the program. the guide did fine substituting alternatives destinations. however after lunch the bus broke down and no replacement was forthcoming for 3 hours. if some clear explanations had been offered it would have made the delay much more bearable.

Incredible experience. Magnificent views. Fascinating story behind this one-of-a-kind landmark

Amazing trip! Our guide was great, Dead Sea is beautiful!! and the view from Qumran, unforgettable!

Amazing. Service world class. On time drop off and pick up.thank you

The tour guide stopped at a shopping place for 45 min while rushed us in Masada, didn't leave us any personal time to wonder around. He also tried sell an add-on tour at night. Unbelievable

I totally recommend this tour for families with children!
We did this tour last week. We are a family of 5, my children are 2, 4, and 8 and I'm 7 months pregnant. It was hot, but we enjoyed the day very much. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained the area well. The views from Masada are amazing and getting in the water at the end of the day was refreshing. We stopped by Qumran and had lunch there before heading to the beach. My kids got in the water for a few minutes, but complained they itched. The beach we went to was clean, had plenty of seating areas, and the showers were nearby. There is a bar, shops, and changing rooms available lockers for a fee. Bring a water bottle you can refill in Masada, sunscreen, comfortable shoes, and a towel. We didn't bring a stroller baby push chair, but you can there are some steps in Masada, but it's mostly hills and dirt roads.
