Votre Guide Daniel vous recueille à votre hôtel Sydney CBD dans un van Mercedes de luxe pour une journée complète dans la vallée Hunter. Cette visite en petit groupe (max 11 invités) visite trois portes de cave triées sur le volet — le superbe domaine provençal de Krinklewood, le raffiné 1813 à Tinonee, et le très impressionnant vin Keith Tulloch. Au Keith Tulloch, un artisan chocolatier est sur place et vous pouvez ajouter une dégustation de gin artisanal sans frais supplémentaires. Le déjeuner est au Café Enzo — une institution de Hunter Valley depuis 1996, situé dans une cour toscane en grès à Pokolbin. Cuisine maison, produits locaux, assiettes généreuses. Les clients paient le jour même. Pas d'arrêts touristiques bondés. Pas de dégustations précipitées. Juste une journée surélevée dans la vallée avec un Guide qui la connaît vraiment.

À 8h00, votre voyage commence alors que votre chauffeur/guide vous récupère à votre adresse de ramassage désignée dans le quartier central des affaires de Sydney à bord d'un mini van climatisé de luxe. Profitez du paysage en remontant la côte vers la magnifique vallée Hunter. Le trajet dure environ 2 heures et demie. *Nous venons vous chercher et vous ramenons à l'adresse indiquée à Sydney ou Hunter Valley - hôtel, Airbnb, résidence privée. Choisissez parmi notre liste d'hôtels ou précisez votre adresse au moment de la réservation.
À 11 h, vous arriverez à votre première destination, Krinklewood Estate. Un joyau caché entouré de jardins de style provençal où les paons se baladent librement. Ici, vous vous adonnerez à une dégustation de vin élégante, parfaitement assortie à un plateau de fromages et de charcuteries d’origine locale si vous le souhaitez. Sirotez lentement car vous resterez ici pendant 1 h 30. Le temps idéal pour savourer le vin à un rythme sans hâte, profiter de l'atmosphère époustouflante et prendre quelques photos dignes d'Instagram dans le parc. À 12 h, nous nous dirigeons vers le 1813, une élégante porte de cave boutique située au milieu des vignes de Tinonee Vineyard Estate. Détendez-vous et vivez une expérience de dégustation de vin dans leur porte de cave climatisée pendant les mois chauds et au coin du feu sur la terrasse attenante pendant les mois frais, tout en admirant le paysage pittoresque et la spectaculaire formation de grès connue sous le nom de Yellow Rock. À 13 h 30, il est temps de prendre un long déjeuner gourmand. Niché dans le complexe de grès d'inspiration toscane du village de Peppers Creek sur Broke Road, le Café Enzo est l'un des restaurants les plus appréciés de la vallée Hunter depuis 1996. Le menu est construit autour d'une cuisine locale, faite maison - pensez à des assiettes généreuses, un excellent café et une cour en plein air qui vous donne envie de vous attarder. C'est une véritable institution dans la vallée, connue autant pour son atmosphère et son hospitalité que pour la nourriture elle-même. Les clients commandent et paient le jour même.
Après le déjeuner, nous entrons dans le calme poli du vin Keith Tulloch, un espace architecturalement saisissant et lumineux encadré par des vues sur les montagnes et des pelouses sculptées. C’est un endroit où chaque détail semble intentionnel, des lignes épurées de la salle de dégustation au bourdonnement tranquille d’une propriété familiale qui prend son métier au sérieux. Installez-vous pour une dégustation guidée de leurs vins magnifiquement élaborés, et, si vous souhaitez élever l’expérience, vous pouvez opter pour une sélection de gins boutique fabriqués en partenariat avec des distillateurs locaux. Avant notre départ, prenez un moment pour parcourir le chocolatier artisanal sur place, où des pièces artisanales offrent la finition parfaite à cette étape élégante. Daniel and Kylie were our guides. We couldn’t have asked for better guides. They knew about all the wineries and selected the very best. We were treated like VIPs all along the trip. The lunch was very good at Enzo. Warning… The portions are humongous. We had so much fun. We highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommend. A great wine tasting experience. We were picked up in Sydney in a comfortable Mercedes 9 seater. Visited 3 cellar doors with some great wines and had a lovely lunch. Daniel is the perfect guide and Lydia is super helpful with her communications and details for the tour.

Pickup at the hotel was great and easy. Wineries chosen especially the Thomas Allen winery (which was outstanding) were all good. The bonus was seeing kangaroos in the wild. They were just outside of a winery resting in the shade. It was the icing on the cake.

6 stars! Coast to cork messaged us the night before with an exact pick up time and Daniel met us on time. The Mercedes van was very nice and clean, I had a nice wine nap on the way back to Sydney. Daniel is so nice and was cool to chat with, he told us stories of Australia and Australian wine. He took us to Vinden (our favorite), Keith Tolluch (where we had an awesome lunch) and Thomas Allen (where we bought the most bottles). Each winery was passionate about wine making and the experiences they provided, each host was super knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again Daniel and Cork to Coast, we had such a great trip! We highly recommend.

The drive to the Hunter Valley was entertaining, you had a good impression of the scenery - the guide gave us interesting background information about the area and the history of the winegrowing and the individual wineries that emerged here - all around it was a sensual, culinary experience in beautiful locations! It was one of the highlights of our 4day Sydney stay!

We had an amazing time on our vineyard tour, Dan was such a great host! He was relaxed, friendly, and full of interesting information about the Hunter. Everywhere we stopped, we were made to feel extra special and well catered to, all were the perfect spots to enjoy delicious wine surrounded by beautiful views.

It was a delightful trip with 3 wineries that are not so commercialised. The wines were great. During the drive, you could see wild kangaroos too. Our guide Daniel was friendly and did his best to make customers happy.
