- L'arrêt 12 Horseferry Road sera suspendu du lundi au vendredi jusqu'à nouvel ordre en raison des conditions de circulation importantes autour du secteur du pont Lambeth. L'arrêt continuera d'être desservi uniquement les samedis et dimanches. Le point d'embarquement alternatif le plus proche est Stop 10 Westminster Pier (à côté de Big Ben)
- Samedi 18 juillet : En raison d'une marche palestinienne prévue, d'importantes perturbations du trafic et des fermetures de routes sont à prévoir tout au long de l'après-midi. Route Rouge : L'arrêt 2 ne sera desservi que lorsque la marche aura franchi le Brin. Les arrêts 25 et 26 ne seront pas desservis pendant cet horaire. Le départ de 10h30 sur la Route Verte peut être affecté

River cruise was excellent and would recommend that part. However, we booked online, and when we eventually found a bus stop for red route and showed the qr code, the driver was unable to scan the code and said we needed to get a paper ticket but was a bit vague on where to obtain it. While on the red route we had to get off twice to wait for another bus, because the bus we were on was changing to different routes. This made the whole thing feel very disjointed and quite frankly inefficient, as we seemed to spend more time waiting in queues rather than actually on the bus. Also, as tourists new to London, at no point did any of the drivers we had on the red route announce any of the upcoming stops which made it harder to work out where the stops were actually were to "hop off" the bus.
Half of London was closed for Pride parades 4/7. No option to get in the bus at normal stops, so I called the number left at the closed stop. Didn't get an answer for 40 mins, and the customer rep on the line confirmed large portions of the route were unavailable that day. She did not suggest alternative stops to try, rather asked me to contact customer services by email for a refund. I did this same day (whilst incurring additional cost to see London by alternative means with two small children). Customer service refused to refund stating closures were in their website... This was not posted anywhere in the booking process and you'd have to actively know where to check. I advised I'd spoken to their rep on the day who'd told me to contact them for a refund (& had not suggested any alternative places to pick up the bus wed paid £90 for), and they point blank refused. I asked for a manager to contact me and have received nothing further.
My friend and I traveled to London, first time for me. We were both recommended to use City Sightseeing Hop On Hop Off for a complete experience, we were not disappointed! As a bonus, We lucked out meeting our driver Asad, Asad made our adventure even more fun and we felt made very welcome as Americans. Even shared information so we didn’t get lost again, we felt safe. Great tour for a hop on hop off around london. With the app you can keep track of all stops and where the buses are Full round trip took around 2.5 hours plenty of places to get on and off. The audio guide is great

Horrendous experience today. We spent more time being put off buses (three times) due to drivers shifts and hours being over the limit. A total of 35 minutes spent on the bus @£115. No staff available at any kiosks or bus stops (usually flooded with them). Everytime we got on a new bus, we had to get off and 'wait for the next' that took ages to come. Poor driver on the last bus was left to deal with disgruntled customers on his own. Very disappointing having used this company many times before in other cities. Avoid in London.

This is a fabulous way to see London, we booked online prior to arriving at pick up point, the guide did say we could of booked a more flexible ticket with them on the day, so pre-booking perhaps wasn’t the best option. We bought the ticket whereby we stayed on the bus for the whole route, we did the Red Route and covered such a large area. Headphones are supplied and an audio recording in your preferred language is available. It took about 2.5 hours to complete route and we enjoyed all the interesting facts and information even though we’ve visited London many times before

The 2 routes were great, the free earphones comfortable, but we didn't get to go on the second route as the bus drove straight past us (we were definitely at the correct stop, right at the front of the stop looking at the bus). We were short on time so ended up getting tube back instead of risking the next bus. The commentary was sometimes out of sync, eg it would tell you things were coming up but you'd miss them as the bus had already driven past. There was no disabled/carer prices tickets which was disappointing.

Great tour option however, purchasing through Viator leaves you without pertinent details regarding schedule, pick up locations, map etc. All in all Viator has been great but for this tour option, find a local site and make your purchase there until Viator confirms that it has uploaded relevant details and map link. We spent a good portion of our day trying to figure out where to go and how to enjoy. Ended up walking to next site instead. I'd have requested a refund however, once we were on, it was a very nice experience.
