Our guide has made us spend a very pleasant day, the very attentive and friendly , first in Minsopiad village, curious to meet and very pleasant. A city tour with visit to the mosque and flea market, and that's what there is to see in KK
We had a driver that took us to several stops. The city was beautiful but unfortunately our driver spoke very little English (which is let us know and we didn’t hold that against him at all) so we were not able to communicate very much. Not a con but just my observation. We had no idea what we were seeing. At one point we were brought to an old museum which seemed abandoned because they were no other people around but nothing was explained to us. Again we hired a driver and he did his job getting us from place to place but if someone is expecting more interaction this tour is not it.
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re truly glad to hear that you enjoyed the beauty of Kota Kinabalu and that our driver safely brought you to all the planned stops. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the driver’s limited English skills. You are correct in your observation — this particular tour is designed as a city sightseeing tour with a driver, rather than a fully guided tour with in-depth commentary. While our drivers are experienced and knowledgeable about the route, not all are licensed tour guides, and detailed explanations may be limited unless a guide is specifically requested. We sincerely apologize if this expectation was unclear and if this affected your overall experience, especially at locations such as the museum where more context would have been helpful. Your feedback is valuable, and we will use it to improve how we describe this tour so future guests know exactly what level of interaction to expect. Thank you again for your honest review, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Kota Kinabalu for a guided experience in the future.
Very nice but not much to see :floating mosque that you can’t go in ,government buildings, signal Hill look that was locked, small clock tower , market , floating village & sea market . Jeffery Was a great guide trying to fill in the 3 hrs of the tour .

We were picked up on time, and were the only ones on the tour. Our lovely guide took us to all the places mentioned, and even showed us some local nice places to eat. He also was very good holding the umbrella while I took photos. Nice afternoon
