This tour is advertised as a hop-on/off trolley. We were told to check-in at the office. As we found out, there is no office. When we boarded the trolley, we were told by the driver they don’t “do hop-on/ hop off anymore”! Just a standard trolley tour. The speaker system quality was poor which caused us to miss a lot of the details the driver was describing. Very disappointing!
Great tour! Lisa was very knowledgeable and funny. Would highly recommend this tour. Hit all of the areas that we wanted to see.
Difficult to hear the guide through the air con noise
Great tour of Dallas, but A/C was too loud to hear the tour guide driver very well.
Lisa was a friendly and funny tour guide. I got a better feel for the city. The trolley was comfortable and air-conditioned. My only suggestion would be that they change the speaker/mic system. We all had trouble hearing Lisa over the AC and road noises.
Beware! It may not be what you thought you were getting . I bought a ticket for Hop on-hop off tour…Bus never showed up.. we were put on a bus that did not allow you to get off at a particular location
We had a great time on this tour. if your ever in Dallas texas this tour is a great on Mrs.Lisa was a great tour guide very knowledgeable please bring your family and friends . love it
Lots of great information but very little time to see anything. Bus does 4 loops a day so getting off and on is tricky.
Trolley was hot air vents barely worked; noisy passengers difficult to hear tour guide; sites for hop off not ones of interest
I like to do city tours. This one was not as informative as others I have attended. And guide was unable to explain why union station was named for Eddie Bernice Johnson calling her a councilman when in fact she represented Texas in the US congress. No mention of Kay Bailey Hutchinson either for whom convention center was named. Maybe some personal bias influencing the information shared.
