There are many day trips to Abu Dhabi from Dubai but I thought I had found the perfect one with this as I wanted to see the city as well as do a theme park, and this one includes either Warner Bros or Ferrari World in the afternoon after a morning sightseeing tour. How wrong I was! It is a great tour on paper but a disaster in reality. So much so that Viator gave me a part refund after the company itself refused (shame on them). The guide/driver was late, got lost finding the right hotel for the final pick up, had no tickets for the mosque so a mad rush for his office to send more and still get our hour visit, the guide misinformed one guest that 3/4 sleeves were ok and she was refused entry (thankfully could borrow my jacket), he took us to a lunch stop that was not included just to have us at what was clearly the restaurant of a pal (guide told us no eating places at the theme parks so better to eat at his mates - what a whopping lie, I told him so and we left without eating there), we never went to the dates marlet or heritage village as running late and guide couldn't be bothered, we never explored the Presidential Palace as stated in booking (as we have no pre-booked ticket) and never saw the harbour. We did the mosque and stopped for a photo at the corniche to see the buildings from a far. That was it! Then taken to the theme parks where things didn't improve as my ticket was embarrassingly deemed invalid at the gate - turns out the one given had been used already that day by another client so had to wait for the office to send another, just as well I had an internet connection. The ticket delay meant I got less time in the park than promised. To top it all, the driver/guide dropped me off last as a lone female traveller at 10.30pm. Hopefully, I have put anyone else off from considering this unfit tour company - Navita Tours.
Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for your inconvenience on tour. Firstly it was sharing tour and second there is unaccepted crowd on this new year week. As it is it is sharing tour we have to take care of all of our guest. Guide cant only give full attention to any single family we always try to give our best service to all of our guest but this new year week too much crowd even we are facing problem to manage to timing for our tour itinerary, all the places are over crowd and result delay on tour. About ticket there was tech issue with barcode that why we have to replace your ticket with new ticket and its was take only 5 min. Thank you & Regards
