Visite de la vallée de Cocora et de la cascade de Santa Rita
Description
Découvrez la vallée de Cocora avec toutes ses attractions artificielles et naturelles, y compris une balade à cheval jusqu'à la rivière avec une petite cascade (vous pouvez monter sans expérience). De plus, découvrez la véritable beauté des vallées et des points de vue sur les palmiers à cire, ainsi que ses magnifiques paysages à 360 degrés et ses attractions, comme le grand panneau Cocora. Après tant de plaisir, rien de mieux que le déjeuner typique (riz, salade, patacón géant à la truite, hogao et limonade). Si vous n'aimez pas le poisson, vous pouvez le remplacer par du bœuf, une escalope de poulet ou un steak de porc (selon la viande, le plat peut avoir des variantes). Partez à la découverte de la cascade de Santa Rita, où vous pourrez visiter un magnifique domaine de rêve et ses jardins avant de commencer le reste de la randonnée, en passant par les anciens tunnels ferroviaires, la forêt naturelle, les paysages du camping et les ponts suspendus. En arrivant à la cascade, vous disposerez d'un espace de change pour vous baigner.

Itinéraire
En partant de Salento, la municipalité mère de Quindío, nous partirons pour la vallée de Cocora dans le transport en jeep willys pendant environ 20 à 25 minutes, accompagnés du guide local.
Nous avons fait un beau tour à travers la vallée des palmiers et des points de vue des palmiers de cire de Colombie et la région du début de la montagne.
Balade à cheval d'environ 30 minutes (en option) de l'écurie d'esperanza à la mini forêt naturelle et passage par la rivière qui forme une petite cascade.
Déjeuner typique du Salento (riz, haricots ou céréales du jour, viande du jour, salade ou limonade) ou combo avec truite patacon géante, porc ou poulet avec salade, riz et limonade.
Visite de la ferme Santa Rita qui dans un circuit de type tour nous fera voir une cascade de 17 mètres à laquelle nous pouvons accéder, une piscine naturelle, (cavernes et tunnels en option)

We went on the tour with Nicolas and were amazed by the wax palms. When you stop for a little coffee, make sure to try the cake with guava and cheese!

Loved this tour, it had everything we wanted. Daniel was an excellent guide and pointed out a lot of things we would've missed about plants, nature, native birds, and the history. The horse back riding was a great experience but in the short side, there are other tours that feature more of that if you want a longer house back riding experience. The views from the lookout of the cocora valley are stunning. You will see nature in its splendor as well as all the photo op spots (the hand, wings, cocora valley sign, etc). There's also the option of a seeing a bigger waterfall or smaller one. We chose the one big one. The hike to get there was steep and challenging so be forewarned. We made it and it was worth the effort. Bonus, this cute dog that lives on the area will walk up with you and guide you to the spot. Overall great experience and I would recommend.
This was a great tour! Our guide Dani was so kind and informative. We learned a lot and had a great day of adventures. I enjoyed having a guide to handle everything even though it is possible to go on your own. He taught us a lot of things I wouldn't otherwise know about the area. Great experience!
The tour was a great way to experience the Cocora Valley. I really enjoyed being able to be in the valley before large amounts of people arrived for the day. Would definitely recommend.
