Tour guide Leanne, who was excellent & we all enjoyed her explanation of each & every place we went. She was funny & extremely knowledgeable &friendly. If we go on another tour we would love to have her.
We enjoyed the commentry from our guide, Nina, in particular but felt there was insufficient time overall to explore both the Statue of Liberty and the Museum & the Ellis Island museum. We felt that the half day tour was really not long enough to do justice to those iconic places.
It is worst tour package, while booking directly it should cost 26 dollars only but they charged 64 dollar per person.The guide is also not friendly nature

An excellent way to see several iconic NYC sites accompanied by a NYC guide who helps navigate the crowds and shares many very interesting details. Our guide, Gail, definitely tailored the experience to our small group. She was very intentional about making sure we had the time we needed at each stop, finding us an authentic local lunch stop, and giving us some great tips about other local-favorites for food and shopping. There’s time to spend about an hour or a little more at the Statue as well as Ellis Island. Definitely enough time for a good introductory visit. Plenty of great photo opportunities in NY Harbor as well. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to do a good bit of walking. Loved the is experience and our guide!

Excellent! Winston was great, very informative and personable. The tour gave us just enough time at each location to get a good feel for it but not too much time that takes away from the whole day. It doesn’t include going inside the Statue of liberty nor the 9/11 Museum. We preferred to do that on our own and go at our own pace. Would definitely recommend it!

We got the New York experience, loud and fast, which was great because it was a perfect way to get immersed into their culture and understand life from their perspective. Our tour guide was AWESOME! She was super knowledgeable and provided us with a plethora of facts at each location. It’s clear to me that she cares a lot about her position as a tour guide and she was intent on giving us the best and most enlightening experience possible. My best friend and I learned so much about each location and the surrounding area, it was perfect! It was also a great way to create a game-plan for other places to explore post-tour! Tour guide was great. He could not provide a tour at the first 2 stops, which was disappointing. Really, it only worth paying for a guide at the 9/11 memorial. The first 2 stops should be done on your own. He gave a wealth of information and personal touches at 9/11.
