Visitez le village de Tung Yee Peng, un petit village sur la côte est de Koh Lanta. Les mangroves ici sont presque aussi grandes que l'île. Au bord de l'eau, un pont vous accueille et de l'autre côté, un chemin de ciment traverse les mangroves. Les racines de mangrove créent un espace calme et protégé pour les poissons, les crabes, les huîtres, les homards et les crevettes. La forêt est également une zone de garde pour les reptiles, les mammifères et les oiseaux et protège la côte de l'érosion. Prenez un bateau à longue queue pour explorer les zones de mangroves et admirer la variété de la faune locale - oiseaux colorés, limaces, crabes violonistes. Arrêtez-vous au point de singe. We had decided on the long tail because we wanted to do something with our junior 5 years. In retrospect, it was the right decision to take the long tail and not the canoes. We could relax in the boat and enjoy the mangroves. In the temperatures we didn't want to expose our little one to the blazing sun while canoeing. There were only 3 of us in Boat and had a kind of personal tour through the mangroves. The highlight was of course the monkeys. 2 pieces were fed and watched by us virtually picked up at their home. Afterwards the two were taken back to their trees as if by taxi and we said goodbye. Afterwards we had fresh fruit and a delicious lunch. For us the perfect trip with child not too long but also not too short.

This was a different and interesting experience. We got to interact with the monkeys and see the Mangrove forest in all its glory. Definitely worth it.

Tour was very good everything fine. Low tide but there are more animals to see. Food also was good. I recommend this tour for half a day
Nice day in the mangrove tour with the local freindly guide Mr.sigh. And good lunch at fish farm restuarant. "Best reccommend"
