Description
Nous explorerons ensemble toute la côte du Salento en partant du nord de l'Adriatique jusqu'à l'extrême pointe sud pour conclure avec la vision d'un magnifique coucher de soleil à Gallipoli. Je vous ferai connaître les plus beaux endroits de la côte, les meilleures villes et les coutumes et traditions de la région du Salento. Nous goûterons également la cuisine de fruits de mer typique des Pouilles accompagnée d'excellents vins rosés du Salento.

Visitez la célèbre grotte et les magnifiques falaises de Roca.
Visite du point de vue de l'une des plus belles baies et plages du Salento
Nous descendrons par un escalier dans l'un des endroits les plus évocateurs du Salento où vous pourrez voir une belle arche creusée dans la falaise. Nous ferons également un plongeon rafraîchissant dans une belle piscine naturelle à proximité.
Un long arrêt dans la ville balnéaire la plus belle et la plus caractéristique du Salento. Vous pourrez visiter le centre pittoresque avec des boutiques d'artisanat local, visiter le château aragonais, voir l'une des plus belles vues depuis le belvédère du château et enfin nous verrons ensemble la cathédrale romane avec sa crypte et l'église orthodoxe grecque.
Visite du point le plus oriental de l'Italie avec une vue imprenable sur l'ancien phare.
Pause déjeuner dans un restaurant typique avec vue sur la mer et excellents plats de poisson locaux
Après le déjeuner, nous aurons ensemble un café glacé typique, puis la glace typique du Salento, le Spumone sur une belle terrasse surplombant la mer.
Visite de l'un des endroits les plus aventureux du Salento, un pont avec un surplomb de 30 mètres sur la mer d'où des jeunes plongent pour tester leur courage.
Visite du sanctuaire de Santa Maria di Leuca et belvédère sur le port. Visite de la promenade du bord de mer avec ses villas historiques et ses établissements balnéaires typiques.
Visite du centre historique caractéristique et surprenant de la belle ville, avec un arrêt au marché aux poissons typique avec dégustation possible de poisson cru. Visite du magnifique coucher de soleil sur les remparts du château.

This was a wonderful way to see the area! Stephan was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about the towns & the restaurant for a seafood lunch and wine was 5star (compliments to the chef as well!) Couldn't have asked for a better day trip! Thank you Stephan!
We had a fabulous (and very full) day with Stefano! He picked us up in Lecce and we did both the east and west coasts of Salento. It was the perfect pace to see the sights. We made multiple stops along the way, with Stefano sharing information at every one. It was the right combination of history, architecture and tourism from a charming host. The highlight of our trip was lunch, simply because of the company and the choice of restaurants. This was our second day with Stefano (yes, he's that good), so by now we felt like this was just a lunch with friends. He chose a beautiful restaurant in Old Castro, where the choices change daily based on what can be found at the fish market that morning. This was hand's down our best meal of our trip. Book it!!! You'll be glad you did!

We enjoyed a fantastic full day outing with Stefano, covering many sites around the Salento coast. Highlights included the Torre Sant’Andrea, Otranto, and a delicious lunch at a quiet little restaurant. Coffees and gelato stops along the way, and cold drinks provided, added to a memorable day. Highly recommended.
Such a fabulous day. Stephano our guide was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic and we learnt so much about the area. Lunch was superb, best seafood I’ve tasted and the chef came out to speak with us. Great day, culminating with a sunset in Gallipoli. We have been cancelled this tour as we had booked it for a month. We have been notified by email and trying then to make the cancellation free as we are within the deadline for it does not allow us to do so. On the other hand it allows to make a new reservation for the day we were cancelled which seems to us a total lack of seriousness. Hopefully we will not be charged any charges even if we are told about refund since we DO NOT HAVE TO BE CHARGED ANYTHING.
