We just returned from a fantastic seven day tour of the Scottish highlands with Scotlands Wild. Our guide, Jim, was the perfect blend of professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. The other guests on our trip were a great group to spend a week with as well. We were awed by the breathtaking landscape, enjoyed scenic walks into the landscape, stayed in picturesque little towns, and learned about the history and culture of Scotland. Several in our group are huge fans of the highland cows, so Jim made a special stop so they got to feed them. Scotland is a special country and Scotland’s wild did a great job helping us experience it. We would definitely recommend them.
Our guide Jim was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the countries history and tourist destinations. We were able to see so much in three days and having the extra information about each area made the experience even better. I would highly recommend Scotland Wild and I would ask for Jim again! Try Scorrybreac restaurant in Portree if you are a foodie!
We loved this 7 day adventure exploring the beauty of Isle of Skye, the Outer Hebrides and the area around Inverness. This small group tour of only 8 people allowed us to wander to some off the big tour group places while also taking in the big attractions. Jim, our tour guide, was well organized, knowledgeable and took great care of us while keeping things fun and well paced. I would highly recommend this tour group.
Perfect small group tour. It was the best way to explore the Highlands and islands. I will definitely booj another tour with Scotland's Wild.
The tour was amazing . Our driver/ guide Richie was great. He was very personable and passionate about his country. We did many things that we never would have done on our own. We did a lot of great hikes, and saw many historical sites. We also made new friends!
Richie was our amazing driver. Favorite sites were the fairy pools, the ancient castles, the parks and hikes we went on.
