The trip and the safari were great. Loved the dunes and the camel and the safari. One issue was the trip out there. Expected more of a van with windows and plenty of room. Instead got a minivan that was packed full. Uncomfortable for a 2 hour car ride into the desert.

For desert safaris, transportation is provided in a 4x4 vehicle, which accommodates up to 6 guests per vehicle as part of the standard package. This is the industry norm for safety and dune driving requirements. For guests who prefer more space and comfort, we also offer an option to upgrade to a private Car at an additional cost. This ensures extra legroom, privacy, and a more premium travel experience, especially for longer drives. This tour is a great one to do as you get up close to the Falcons, and learn a lot along the way! The guide was very informative, and the group size was just right. Recommended!

We were hesitant due to the price. We paid USD 130 per person. However we were happy we did it as very good. We got to see what they did and lots of interesting information given. They did some care (cutting nails), gave anesthesia and other that we could watch. I recommend this tour but it is expensive

I first tried to buy tix on the official site, but they were sold out. Luckily I saw this listing for the same time! I personally did not need the pickup so I can’t speak to that part, but the tour itself was one of the highlights of my UAE trip! I learned so much from the staff, and it was very engaging. We also met a kind gentleman bringing his falcon in for an exam while we were waiting, so it was interesting to get his perspective as well.

I took my trip on Jun 11, 2023 Booking no 1409413859. The Falcon hospital was very good but i am unhappy with Viator. I have used your company many times and it has been my go-to source for trips. I was however overcharged for the trip i recieved and have contacted Viator now 2x to get a reimb. I signed up for the trip which cost $217, including food and drink. what i received was the Falcon hospital pick up and drop off from hotel and admittance into the Falcon hosp tour where i joined another tour group of 25 people. The cost of the alternative Falcon tour, not including lunch or beverages, on your website indicates "from $75". I expect a response from Viator and a fair reimbursement for the difference in pricing.

Additionally, our tour description clearly states that food and drinks are not included, as we offer a tour with transfers only. It's worth noting that Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital organizes group tours periodically for corporates and schools, aiming to raise awareness about Falcons as the national bird of the UAE. I kindly request you to review the tour description once again to address any concerns or doubts you may have.
Falken Hospital is a must-see in Abu Dhabi. For falcon and other bird lovers you get an excellent insight into the history and background of what is being done for the falcons to be able to expose them back to nature.

We initially considered skipping this due to the cost and inconvenient tour times, but so glad we opted in! This was truly a unique and fascinating experience that you may not be able to have anywhere else in the world. Our terrific tour guide Hassan was funny and informative, as were all of the staff we interacted with at the facility. We have held birds before at various events but there was something really special and indescribable about getting a chance to have a falcon perch on our hand- the photos really do convey our joy! Definitely make time for this tour, you'll be glad you did!
