- Le bateau Clear est amarré au Dock P, nous embarquons donc des passagers sur le Dock P et retournons au même quai.
- AVIS IMPORTANT : Veuillez d'abord être prêt à vous enregistrer 30 minutes avant l'heure de la visite au bureau d'enva. L'enregistrement ne s'effectue PAS au quai. Le bateau part du Dock P, mais vous devez d'abord vous enregistrer au bureau enva.
- Sur ce bateau, vous n'avez droit qu'à une seule boisson par personne et elle ne peut pas être du verre.
- AVIS IMPORTANT : Veuillez être à l'heure car il n'y aura pas de report et sera considéré comme une non-présentation sans remboursement si vous manquez la visite en raison de la politique d'annulation que TripAdvisor et notre société ont mise en place et que nous respectons fermement. We had a terrible experience with this tour. After booking a Clear Glass Boat tour for our final day, the operator tried to reschedule us. When we couldn't postpone due to our flight, they switched us to a 'glass bottom' boat, promising an upgraded 60-minute private experience with a professional guide/photographer to make up for the change. The reality was the opposite. The boat was filthy and stained the clothes of four people in our group. The '60-minute' tour was rushed through in just 30 minutes. The 'photographer' simply took a few low-quality photos from the driver's seat without getting up. This is my second bad experience with a Viator partner (previously in Japan, now Mexico). I cannot recommend this tour; the local agents are unreliable and do not deliver what is promised.
This customer is lying about everything and likes to complain about everything from Japan to Mexico. The tour was 50 minutes and not 30. We have evidence of this that shows customer is not telling the truth. The boat is clean and service is amazing! Group of 7 they all looked happy on tour and even got to see a whale!
My partner and I had a perfect afternoon experience with this tour! Michelle was a great guide, very good with her knowledge of the area and had a great fun energy. Her and our captain (can’t remember his name unfortunately) had great chemistry and he was very fun too. At the end of the tour they present you with the option to buy photos of your experience and Michelle did an amazing job taking photos of us at the arch. We feel like it was 100% worth it!

There are many similar options for a boat to visit el arco and the other rock formations, which IS a must see.this is a perfect one hour trip if you dont want: a sunset cruise, a dance party boat, snorkeling, drinks or dinner or sailboat or pirate boat, etc Is it really necessary to have the glass bottom ? - it was a nice additiom and better than a small glass viewing box that other boats may have, but not essential as there was not so many fish to see. Two man crew did fine job with english and spanish explanations. The photos they take are probably better than your own, but $38 US for one or $70/80 for a usb of them all is a bit pricey.

It was a fun experience however it seemed that the maintenance of the boat was more important that giving the guest a great tour. They would not get close to the Rocks as close as the other tour boats and everything was seem from a farther distance. The tour guide gave us a hard time to take pictures because they take photos and they want you to buy them at 25.00 for one photo.

I am so glad my sister and I did the clear boat tour. Even though the boat is small, safety is this company’s priority. After checking in at the office, the tour guide, Nora, walked us to the boat where we met Luis, our captain. We were asked to take off our shoes which were placed in a box on the boat. Luis helped everyone into the boat and we left timely. The boat was clean and Nora was a great story teller. Loved that we stopped along the way to learn about the history and take pictures. Nora also takes photos of you on the tour that you can purchase afterward. The tour lasted an hour and was worth the money paid. If you deal with motion sickness, take some Dramamine as the water can be pretty choppy.

The all clear boat was great- we've been on another "glass bottom" boat and there was just a tiny window on it so we saw next to nothing. Oscar was also very nice. The photos he took were WAY overpriced at the end of tour. We would have bought some but the prices were ridiculous.

This was a nice cheap trip. It should be around $35. If you set a time for 1pm the trip only starts at 1:30. This is a nice smooth trip for family and kids.

This is a great experience for the whole family, really nice people to deal with. Not too short or too long of a tour. Fun for all ages.

Not much to say that is complimentary…certainly felt like “cattle going for a photo shoot on a boat”, happened to see some fish along the way…very disappointing! Guide was overly interested in taking pictures of guests!!! Might be good for others…not for us! Our mistake!

Juan our guide and Migel the Captain were excellent. Juan was very funny and interactive with every single person. The boat is clean and allows you to see all of the beautiful fish below your feet. They are not pushy with selling the wonderful photos that are taken during your boat ride and if you decide to purchase they are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this tour. Make sure you bring cash, so that you can tip. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
