Description
An excellent tour. Ron was a fountain of knowledge. Gave us a good insight into those different times.
Rob was a fantastic guid great tour
I had a great experience with the tour! I thought the experience was really cool and the agent was very friendly.
Amazing tour! The explanations of the history were really good. Congratulations on the very well organized tour!
I had a wonderful experience on this tour. The guide was knowledgeable, the itinerary was well‑planned, and everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and memorable day.
Great overall experience, though I have read a lot about Nazi party evolution and WWII there were many more things to learn. Court room 600 and the relevant exhibition are must see places!
Lots to see quickly, Rob has a great personality and energy. But we felt he had too many people to manage. He did his best to explain everything but there were issues with some pick up and people needing to catch a train. It was great to have people from all over the world but there were varying levels of understanding. It felt very hurried and not what we expected. We have been traveling for the last month and done many tours. This was the most expensive to date and our least favorite. The group really needs to be smaller for a tour like this. We understood that the group was to be held to 8 people. Not various vans with 8 people each. We did stay at the Courtroom 600 for hours really exploring the exhibit. We had issues with the audio portion and it took us about an hour to finally find someone that was able to help us. Once we did that we really enjoyed that portion. We found our way back to our hotel after having dinner at a lovely Irish Pub nearby. The day ended positively but felt chaotic in the morning.
Thanks, I will take a note about that I will make sure don’t let that happen again But just to let you at day the other Guide was Sick and we have 2 Choice, cancel one bus mean your group or make the tour group a little bigger for fit everybody. We choice make bigger. Maybe was the wrong choice! Sorry again
We were collected late after standing in the cold. The tour was meant to have a maximum of 8 people in the group and we had 16 in our group. The tour was meant to be for 3hrs and we only got to the courthouse after 3hrs. We asked Robson if we could leave at 13:50 to get back in time for our train. When we came out, he was gone in the vehicle and nowhere to be seen. We had to catch the train back to our hotel, to get back in time for our long distance train.
Sorry about that ! But you got more time the what your tour propose and the guide was there because there other guest was drop off with no problem .
