Finding a good tour operator is like looking for a needle in haystack. But our decision to go with Asia Eyes was the best, the main reason was the person we connected with from our early search. Alice Nguyen is one of the most responsive tour operators we have ever found, every email and whats app message we sent was responded within 2-12hrs depending on time difference. We had 1000's of questions and she patiently worked with us on everything without ever getting frustrated or annoyed. The day we were leaving she came over to meet us in person to ensure we were happy and satisfied throughout our trip. I would highly recommend anyone planning to visit vietnam or use them. We would certainly use them for our future Asia adventures.
