Had a great time and our guide Sahill was very helpful and understanding. Tour was good value for money. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Mumbai
Dear Sir/Mam, Thank you so much for your kind review! 🌟 We’re delighted to hear that you had a great time and found the tour to be good value for money. Sahill will be very happy to know that his helpful and understanding approach made your experience enjoyable. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you again on your next visit to Mumbai! Best Regards, Bollywood Tours
Honestly - not worth the money. The Studio Tour could be done in 10min since you cannot enter any of them and the Theme Park is a joke - completely run down and 3rd class performances. Almost no info in english as well
Dear Sir/Mam, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We strive to offer something for everyone, and it’s unfortunate that the Studio Tour and Theme Park didn’t provide the value you anticipated. We truly appreciate your comments and will use them to enhance the experience for future guests. If you decide to visit again, we hope your next experience is much more enjoyable! Best Regards,
Was interesting and fun would have been more meaningfull if we had seen some actors and actresses. Food could have been better and better standard staying at a 5star then having dinner at a normal cheap restaurant was not expected specially when you have paid 13k per person
What a horrible experience. This is absolutely a waste of time, energy and money... Everything clubbed together. Bollywood park is an aspiration. We came there with such wonder in our thoughts and sparkle in our eyes. However what we met with was a total disaster - unkempt buildings and roads, totally useless sets and terrible shows. The fees at the entrance was not nominal to say the least. It was a decent Rs 1000/- from Book my Show. So you are definitely not undercharging for what you are giving. Shabby Canteen, Shabby and makeshift Bathrooms, mundane sets and horrible shows. The dancers were dancing well, but with the proximity that we were sitting at, we could see the shabbiness of the stage and their loose and over worn clothes. No punch to the programs.. Is this Bollywood?????? Noooooo Kingdom of Dreams was better in Gurgaon, their programs and dancers were better, their stage was better- and all this was in India. We were shown nothing in your guided tour- not even a Vanity Van from inside, to just peep into a world- could be anyone's? All that the your guide could talk about was Tarak Mehta ka ulta Chasma. Is there nothing else to talk about?? The infamous 'mandir' was so extremely dirty and shabby, understandable that people decorate it to their needs, but isn't it the responsibility of the show operator to make it pleasing to the eyes by painting a basic without wash (chuna will also do) to create a sense of awe tourism?? Why can't Bollywood park bring up their standards. Not worth visiting.
Rahul was engaging and good natured. I really enjoyed myself. The karaoke was a gas and liked the photo ops🤩
We paid tour in English and it was all in Indian. Dirty ticket counter, dirty bathrooms, dirty bus full of flies, and really the studios are a very sad and grim place. The place do de is located is a very nice government ecological reserve
Dear Sir, Sorry to hear about your experience, I have seen your review, your complaint will be dealt and look into this matter , Sorry you didn`t like this tour.
It was a pathetic experience, as there was no visit on any of the sets, nor was there any option for water/food. Performance by artists was also very average. When you represent the Bollywood, it has to reach that level and need guidance from the industry as well. Hoping....

We wanted to see something from Mumbai and Bollywood. Our hotel recommended Bollywood Tour, we were advised by email and booked by email the night before. This all worked out fine. It was a private tour. Our driver Santosh picked us up at the hotel with only a small delay. He drove us all day very safely through Mumbai. We first drove into the city and picked up our guide Rahul. Rahul's explanations were interesting and extensive. He had an answer to all our questions. His English was very good. The tour to several stations in the city took about 4 hours. We were very impressed by the many impressions. Afterwards, the guide changed for the tour of one of Bollywood Studios. We were supposed to have lunch before, but it got a little late because of a lot of traffic. So we first visited a Bollywood dance show and got very delicious sandwiches there. We got lunch at the end of the tour. The private tour of the studio was great because we got impressions of different sets and were able to take photos there without stress and many other visitors. In addition, we were able to record a song in a recording studio and watch the filming of a TV show. The food also tasted very good. So overall a great experience. Not quite cheap, but definitely worth the money.
Thank you for such a valuable feedback. Our main aim is to satisfy our customers. Please do recommend us to your loved ones. Regards, Jitin
It was the interesting tour to visit film studios and film city. Our guide was very helpful and gave us a lot of information about the movie shootings, technical details, recent updates about the actual film production. She was also very helpfull and nice and caring for us and we recommend her. We enjoyed also the Bollywood dance performance. We also enjoyed the film city tour with the excellent and entertainig guide - good artistic perfomance of songs and sketches.
