L'état de Sinaloa est connu pour son mezcal, et cette visite guidée offre une introduction. Nous viendrons vous chercher où vous le souhaitez : hôtel, condo ou au port. Ensuite, votre chauffeur vous emmènera à notre ranch. Une fois arrivés à notre ranch, nous pouvons voir 55 hectares de plantation d'agaves, différents types et tailles d'agaves. Nous visitons également l'usine de mezcal et vous montrons tout le processus de fabrication du mezcal. Après, nous faisons une dégustation de mezcal : blanc, reposado, amande, café, mangue, tamarin, hisbiscus. Pour terminer, nous déjeunons dans notre restaurant ; burritos machaca, haricots, salsa, tortillas de maïs faites à la main et fromage flambé au mezcal. Vous aurez le temps de faire du shopping.

What a great tour. We were expecting just a Mexican lunch and Mezcal tasting but there was an unexpected 4 wheel drive experience on the farm. The food was wonderful and the demo of making tequilla cheese was another extra. We really enjoyed our authentic Mexican farm visit.
The food was really good. The workers were very friendly and nice. The food was made fresh to order.
Fernando was an excellent guide! He not only taught us all about the agave plant, tequila, and mezcal, he gave us a tour of Mazatlán. The tour was supposed the be three hours, but he gave us five hours of his time. He was kind and knowledgable. The tequila, mezcal, and lunch were all amazing!
Fernando is fantastic! He is so knowledgable and friendly! The food is delicious and so are all of the different types of tequila. You will learn a lot and have an excellent time.
