Expérience d'une journée complète avec un guide local de trois petites caves familiales. Vous apprendrez tout sur le cava, mangerez de la nourriture espagnole fraîche et dégusterez un vin exquis. Chaque arrêt est soigneusement choisi pour rendre cette expérience unique.

Votre guide vous enverra un message la veille pour organiser le ramassage (un emplacement à proximité vous sera envoyé si l'hôtel se trouve dans une place de parking difficile). Le trajet jusqu'à la première cave dure une heure, au départ de Barcelone, et le ramassage se fait généralement à 9 heures, mais cela peut varier en fonction des autres ramassages et du programme de visite.
Nous commencerons la visite par une visite de la cave Artcava. Une petite cave située dans une ancienne ferme catalane. Où vous apprendrez l'élaboration du cava à Penedés, et vous pourrez déguster 3 de leurs principaux vins et cavas.
Le deuxième arrêt sera à seulement 5 minutes de la première cave. Vous y visiterez une cave vieille de 5 siècles. Propriété de 2 frères et sœurs faisant partie de la même famille depuis les années 1800. Ici, vous aurez un accord mets-vins de 3 cavas différents et des vins tranquilles et des plats locaux. Dans le magnifique jardin donnant sur les vignes de la cave. Le déjeuner comprend des produits locaux tels que l'omelette espagnole, le pain et la tomate catalans, l'huile d'olive vierge, le fromage local et la charcuterie...
Vins el Cep est une belle cave en pleine nature. Son environnement paisible est parfait pour une dégustation relaxante de cava. Ici, nous dégusterons un Pet-nat et un Cava Gran Reserva.
Enfin, la dépose se fera à Barcelone vers 16h. Veuillez noter que ce programme pourrait changer en fonction de la disponibilité des caves.

Very easy to book. Communication was clear and timely via What's App and email. The tour guide Joan was extremely knowledgable and gave us great details about the process of making Cava and how it is different from other wines. We had a wonderful relaxed day enjoying good wine, the beautiful catalan countryside and locally made cheese and sausage for lunch. Would definitely come again and highly recommend.

Joan is an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable about wine and Catalonia. Fluent English. Great relationships with the people at the wineries. The three wineries (Art Cava, Giro del Gorner, Vins el Cep) included a range of Cavas and some still wines with lunch at Giro del Gorner. Lunch was excellent. In summary it felt like an authentic experience of the region.

Such a wonderful experience! Our guide Ivan was fantastic. The 3 wineries we went to were a great mix of different places all with fabulous cava and some still wines. Lunch was lovely sitting under the olive trees over looking the vines. The first place Artcava with Marti was our favorite. It's also easy to ship wine home now which was a plus. Definitely ready to book another wine experience!
What a wonderful experience. Our guide, Joan “El Viajero del Cartón,” is an inspiring personality and a walking encyclopedia. His knowledge of Spanish history and winemaking is simply amazing. - We visited 3 wineries and enjoyed a typical Spanish lunch. - Thank you, Joan, and your team for this unforgettable trip. My husband and I visited Europe in May with an emphasis on learning a bit about the wines of the regions we visited. During our stay in Barcelona I came across WinoTours and am so happy I did! We were picked up in a personal car just one block from our hotel and within an hour were at the incredible Llopart vineyards where we had a wonderful tour with a formal tasting and learned so much about corpinnat and cava from Ramon! Next was a lovingly crafted lunch and casual format tasting at Giró de Gorner family winery. Ivan works closely with the family and really made us feel welcome. The views of the valley and jagged Monserrat were unbeatable. Our final stop was ArtCava boutique winery, it's difficult to describe how wonderful this little place given how much history, passion, and personality is packed into the space - truly an unforgettable visit. Ivan of course was the perfect guide! He kept the whole day running smoothly, was very knowledgable about the region, and is clearly respected by the wineries he frequents!
