Accompagné d'un vrai guide local, vous irez découvrir les plus beaux quartiers et monuments de la ville, tout au long d'un magnifique parcours d'environ 13km parfaitement sécurisé et adapté aux vélos. Les vélos fournis sont de magnifiques Beach Cruiser super confortables et parfait pour la ville. Nos groupes sont limités à 10 personnes pour assurer un confort et une sécurité maximum. Nous mettons à votre disposition des gourdes d'eau en inox avec des sacs isothermes pour les garder au frais (l'été est particulièrement chaud à Bordeaux). Nous vous offrons une spécialité locale à déguster au cours d'une pause au jardin public. Des ponchos sont également fournis en cas de risque d'averses. Notre point d'accueil possède un toilette.

Itinéraire
Vous serez accueilli par un vrai guide local. Après 10 minutes consacrées aux consignes de sécurité, nous partirons à la découverte de Bordeaux, tout au long d’un magnifique parcours d'environ 13km parfaitement sécurisé et adapté aux vélos. Nous découvrirons les lieus incontournables de la ville, Saint Michel et son incroyable clocher, nous traverserons la Garonne via le magnifique pont de Pierre pour aller admirer la façade des quais depuis la promenade du parc des angéliques. Nous irons voir l’éco-quartier « Darwin » avant d’emprunter l’impressionnant pont ouvrant « Jacques Chaban-Delmas ». Nous continuons la balade en passant par le quartier des Chartrons célèbre pour son négoce du vin Bordelais, puis direction le jardin public avant d’aller traverser le centre historique de la ville avec ses ruelles pavées et ses jolies petites places remplies de terrasses. Enfin nous passerons devant l’incontournable miroir d’eau et la jolie porte Cailhau avant de revenir au point de départ.
Arrêt devant la grosse cloche, la plus ancienne porte de la ville datant du XIIIème siècle.
Découverte du quartier populaire de la ville avec la basilique Saint-Michel et la flèche qui culmine à 114 mètres de haut.
Passage sur le magnifique pont de pierre, le plus ancien pont de la ville pour aller admirer la vue depuis la rive droite
Pause pour une vue panoramique sur la magnifique façade 18ème de la ville. L'histoire de Bordeaux vous sera racontée avant de repartir le long de la Garonne en direction de Darwin.
Découverte de Darwin, l'éco-quartier, un lieu alternatif surprenant et unique à Bordeaux.
Traversée de la Garonne par le majestueux pont Jacques Chaban-Delmas, véritable prouesse technologique qui permet aux bateaux d'entrer dans le port de Bordeaux.
Passage au cœur du des Chartrons, ancien quartier célèbre du négoce du vin Bordelais. Découverte des anciens chais puis passage dans la jolie rue Notre Dame avec ses jolies boutiques d'antiquaires.
Pause dégustation d'une spécialité locale dans le magnifique Jardin Publique de Bordeaux
Découverte du monument aux Girondins et ses belles fontaines sur l'esplanade des Quinconces
Passage devant le Théâtre, traversée du triangle d'Or et la place des Grands hommes..
Vue sur la cathédrale Saint-André, l'Hôtel de ville et de la tour Pey-Berlan datant du XVème siècle.
Traversée du centre historique de la ville avec ses petites places, ses terrasses et ruelles pavées. la jolie place Camille Julian et son ancienne église devenu cinéma, le charmant petit square Vinet et son mur végétal, la place Saint Pierre puis la magnifique place du Parlement.
Passage au miroir d'eau face à la place de la Bourse..
Découverte de la magnifique porte Cailhau datant du 15ème siècle.

It’s really hard to imagine a better bike tour experience. JC was a local guide with great enthusiasm for Bordeaux history and is an unofficial ambassador for his beloved city. His passion on our very first day set the tone for our 6 day visit to the Bordeaux region which we loved! Sunday was the perfect day to cycle through the streets and bike trails effortlessly. We enjoyed just the right amount of history and anecdotes along with illustrations. This is exactly what I hope for when booking a bike tour!
Jean-Christophe was fantastic - a great private tour, very relaxed with lots of facts about Bordeaux, and covered a lot of sights in a short amount of time without it feeling rushed. 5 star review from us!

An excellent experience from start to finish! We took a bike ride among colleagues and everything was perfectly organized. Jean-Christophe displayed great professionalism: knowledgeable, passionate, smiling, and very attentive, he made this outing as enjoyable as it was enriching. The bikes were also of very high quality, extremely comfortable, with a real plus for their French manufacturing. We had a wonderful time in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We had a marvelous afternoon biking around Bordeaux while getting history lessons about the city. Jean-Christophe (I think that was his name, sorry if I got that wrong!) was a gracious and knowledgeable guide as were his attendants who joined us. I did also want to mention that the bikes were well maintained and in good working order. That isn't always the case so important to point out. The bike shop where the tour began, was a 10 minute and convenient walk to and from our cruise ship. The bonus was a surprise sampling of caneles from a patisserie! All in all, the tour was a fun way to spend the afternoon with such gracious hosts. Thanks so much for the warm and inviting introduction to such a lovely city!

What a beautiful was to see the city. The bikes are in wonderful shape and it was fun navigating the city - and especially the people and other bikes. The history of the city was very interesting. The time flew by. I could have biked for several more hours. This is a perfect way to see Bordeaux. I highly recommend this tour. Sondra
