This was an exceptional circumstance due to a road closure completely outside of our control, which caused major disruptions to traffic and our schedule that day. We also regret to hear that you had only a small window to use your tickets and that the buses were no longer running when you arrived in the evening. Our buses operate with a last departure in the late afternoon / early evening, so your 24-hour validity does allow you to continue your tour the next morning until the same time you first validated, which is exactly what you asked about. We are truly sorry that you messaged us around lunchtime to ask if you could validate them the following morning and did not receive a reply. This is not the level of customer service we aim to provide, and we have forwarded your comment to our Berlin team to improve our communication response times. We also apologize that you felt your situation was not resolved, even after Viator contacted us. This should not have happened. We would like to make this right. Dear Anja, thank you for your honest feedback and we are very sorry to hear about this experience, especially on Wilhelmstraße. What you describe is not at all the welcome we want to offer. Being told your tickets were wrong after finding the stop, having to wait and debate for an hour which bus would be correct, and above all feeling that our staff on the street were rude when you asked again. This is not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize. There was no language barrier and you should have felt sure and comfortable asking about the different routes you purchased. We are glad to hear that once on board you found the Red route tour great, but the start of your day should have been just as smooth. We have shared your comments with our team manager in Berlin to review the signage and the customer service at the stops, so it is easier to find the correct tour and so every guest is treated with patience and respect.
