Description
Port Arthur est un village et un site historique, fondé en 1830 sur la péninsule de Tasman comme établissement pénitentiaire et station forestière pour punir les condamnés. Après que les feux de brousse et les éléments aient érodé la prison, c'est maintenant devenu un musée à ciel ouvert. Un morceau d'histoire bien préservé et inscrit sur la liste du patrimoine historique mondial par le gouvernement australien. Au retour, vous aurez la chance de voir quatre des merveilles naturelles les plus connues de la péninsule de Tasman: l'arche de Tasman, la cuisine du diable, le trou de soufflage et la chaussée pavée.

My family and I had such a wonderful day with Graham touring Port Arthur and several other scenic views. He was very informative explaining different things in the area and Tasmania. We had a wonderful time and our guide was excellent. We were able to see some beautiful sites, have a great wine tasting and lunch and learned some of the history about Tasmania.
