Description
Visitez la ville historique de Ronda, qui chevauche dramatiquement le Tajo, via le viaduc du nouveau pont, puis plongez dans une expérience gastronomique, à travers l'exploration de la région viticole locale, aux mains d'un expert local en vin, qualifié DipWSET. Vous dégusterez 8 vins différents dont des blancs et des rouges et dégusterez des spécialités locales à marier avec les vins. Dans l'une des caves, vous dégusterez un déjeuner de style tapas provenant de la ferme à la table. Toutes les caves de la région de Ronda sont vendangées manuellement et utilisent des techniques de vinification d'intervention minimale. Veuillez noter que nous travaillons avec la plupart des caves de Ronda, l'itinéraire indiqué n'est qu'un exemple. Le choix des caves variera en fonction des disponibilités.

Vous serez pris en charge à votre hébergement sur la Costa Del Sol et conduit à travers la région du parc national de la Sierra de las Nieves jusqu'à Ronda, où votre visite commence.
Vous pourrez découvrir à votre guise la ville romaine historique de Ronda, visiter les arènes (l'une des plus anciennes d'Espagne et toujours en activité) et traverser le Puente Nueva, qui chevauche les spectaculaires gorges du Tajo.
On vous fera visiter cette boutique vinicole, avec un design Feng Shui. Vous visiterez le vignoble, la cave et la salle des barriques et profiterez d'une dégustation de 3 à 4 vins sur leur terrasse avec vue sur la cave, suivie d'un déjeuner de style tapas.
Vous découvrirez leurs vignobles et leur cave où vous découvrirez leur gamme de vins et comment chacun est élaboré, avant de goûter 3 à 4 de leurs vins primés.

We had an absolutely amazing time on our Ronda and winery tour with Roots. Ronda itself is stunning, truly one of the most beautiful places we visited. The experience was made even more special by visiting two private wineries, which felt intimate and unique. Our guide, Nicky, was excellent, very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about wine, which made the tour even more engaging and enjoyable. We were also with a really fun group of people who were such a pleasure to be around, which made the day even more enjoyable. The tour guide, Nikki was very knowledgeable not only with her wines but also with the area. Visited 2 different wineries both with fabulous wine! We got a lot of great information on how the wineries worked, delicious samplings of the wine, and amazing local tapas. Highly recommend this tour. Added bonus, you can have your wine shipped to your home, Canada for me!! I’m looking forward to enjoying more of the delicious local Ronda, Spain wine!

We were collected on the coast and travelled up to Ronda to spend time descovering this fascinating place . We then went to three vineyards where we had some incredible wines , i especially ebjoyed my expeirence at Conrads where were treated to to a wine a food pairing . I will definately go again . We had such a wonderful time with Nicky. She was very engaging, highly skilled at keeping the group dynamic light and energetic. Her knowledge of local history and (most importantly) wine knows no bounds. We had a fabulous visit and tours of two local wineries, exploring the cellars and the winemaking process unique to each property. The tapas and lunch were divine, and Nicky crafted the perfectly flowing itinerary that kept the whole day moving.
