Au centre des girafes, vous découvrirez l'espèce de girafe menacée, la girafe Rothschild. Pour couronner cette visite, vous visiterez l'usine de perles pour femmes Kazuri ou l'usine de perles résistantes KOBE. Kazuri signifie petit et beau en swahili. Les perles sont exquises et chaque perle est spéciale et unique, comme vous l'apprendrez lors de votre visite.

Ensuite, vous serez conduit au musée Karen Blixen, situé à 10 km de Nairobi, au Kenya, "au pied des collines de Ngong" est l'ancienne maison africaine de l'auteur danois Karen Blixen, célèbre pour son livre de 1937 Out of Africa qui relate la vie au domaine.
il s'agit d'une activité supplémentaire facultative ; nous rendons visite à un groupe de femmes fabriquant des perles pour gagner leur vie et nous apprenons tout le processus; vous n'avez rien à acheter et sa visite est gratuite. c'est proche du centre girrafe donc nous sommes heureux de passer. Ils ont depuis renommé l'usine de perles résistantes KOBE

The tour with Charles was great. Our first stop was at the Giraffe Center. There we were able to learn about giraffes in peace and even feed them. The next stop was the Karen Blixen House. There we were shown around by a guide and were amazed by the beautiful garden. The last stop was the Kazuri pearl factory. After a warm singing welcome, we were able to learn more about the production of the pearl jewelry made there. All in all, a great tour. The driver always gave us enough time and was always friendly and talkative. Thank you for the tour Robin & Caro

I did this trip solo with Faith and had a great day. Faith was very relaxed and allowed for the day to flow without any rushing, getting me to each activity with good time while calmly navigating the chaotic Nairobi traffic! Faith was extremely knowledgeable about Kenya and the animals and was patient with my endless questions! I learnt so much about Kenyan culture during my day all while having friendly conversations about life in general. Faith was even able to teach me some Swahili during our day together. The Nairobi wildlife tour exceeded expectations. The driver was friendly and informative throughout. The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust showcased heartwarming stories of orphaned elephants and their rehabilitation journey. At the Giraffe Centre, we had an up-close encounter with these elegant creatures and learned about their conservation.
