Description

Anytime I have to drive into a city I worry about traffic, parking, and finding the meet-up place. All was very easy yo find and plenty of free oarking. Our tour guide Toni was very nice and a wealth of knowledge about Jacksonville.
My uncle and I took a tour with Toni. She exceeded our expectations in this trip. We met her at her business. She gave us a place to wait comfortably until we left. She was friendly and welcoming. It was a chilly day and she provided blankets for us to stay warm. The tour was informative and fun and showed us a lot of downtown Jacksonville. There was only one other couple on the tour and it was special for all of us. I recommend this tour and this company. It was well worth the price! Thank you Toni.
Although a pleasant experience with a very knowledgeable Toni we felt that there was so much information about the architecture we couldn't take it in. The memorials she took us to were amazing and thought provoking. The trip also makes you want to come back in a few years to see the transformation of the downtown area to bring back housing , retail and park areas.
There was plenty of parking at the start/end point plus bathroom facilities. Toni was our guide and her knowledge of architecture was second to none. It was a sunny, fine day but the wind was cutting. So my advice is if offered a blanket at the beginning of the tour, you take it just in case. The stop we had was interesting but warm drinks were called for not shakes and ice cream. I enjoyed the tour and would recommend it if you want to know how the area has developed over the past 125 years and also what the vision for the city is.
Toni was our guide. Outstanding. Met Linda and Gordon from Virginia. Loved learning history of downtown Jacksonville Florida. Great way to see Jacksonville for the first time. Hope to take another tour on our next visit. Great way to start our cruise tomorrow.

We truly appreciate gotukn for providing a truly unforgettable experience. With family visiting, we decided to explore something new and took a tour of Jacksonville's architectural landscape with gotukn.com. Our knowledgeable tour guide, Toni, shared her expertise on the city's architecture and history, revealing hidden treasures we were unaware of. The breathtaking homes and parks were captured in numerous photographs. The three-hour tour flew by, leaving us wondering how time passed so quickly. We would certainly consider participating in gotukn's other tours, including their scavenger hunt tour. Thank you for a fantastic time!
