Atelier de poterie de plusieurs générations à Damalas Village
Chalki Village, où après une agréable promenade, visitez la distillerie familiale centenaire, qui produit toujours la célèbre liqueur Kitron de Naxos.
Visite de presse à l’huile d’olive, où vous pourrez observer comment cet « or liquide » a été préparé jadis avec soin, ainsi que déguster ses délicieux produits à base d’huile d’olive
La plus grande colonie de l'île est un beau village construit en amphithéâtre sur les contreforts du mont Zeus. Les branches étalées d'un vieux platane imposant fournissent somptueusement de l'ombre aux invités. L'église la plus renommée du quartier est Panagia Filotitissa (la Sainte Marie de Filoti). Le bâtiment actuel a été établi au XVIIIe siècle et possède un clocher à trois clochers avec des détails sculptés exquis. Devant l'église se trouve le Musée ecclésiastique et folklorique de Filoti. Là, les clients ont la chance de voir comment était une maison traditionnelle et d'admirer certaines reliques et icônes de l'église.

What a wonderful afternoon we spent with Nikos taking us around Naxos and offering such insight into the culture. We made stops at a special church, historic distillery, pottery shop, and olive oil press. Nikos also answered our many questions and was a great guide.
Thank you so much Alex for the most amazing day! This was the perfect tour and we went to places we would NEVER have seen if it had not been for Alex. He is a wonderful guide, and driver, and we loved every minute. If you are considering a tour, do not hesitate to book. Thank you for a great day!

Our guide Nicolas was very accommodating and kind. He timed our stops to avoid the crowds. The visits to the villages gave a nice appreciation of Naxos. The Temple of Demeter and accompanying tiny museum was interesting with lovely views of the island.
Wonderful way to get to know the island and culture of Naxos, visiting local villages and learning about their way of life and craftmanship. Very picturesque Greek villages and scenery. Alex our tour guide was amazing! Very knowledgeable and engaging, Alex even got our 2 teen boys interested.
Alex, our driver picked us up on time at the front door of our hotel, and was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. We got to see all kinds of interesting things, like how they make a local liquor, how they make olive oil, and how they make pottery. We'll worth the time and money for this tour.

Naxos half day tour was very enjoyable meeting the artisans and learning about their olive oil products, pottery making and the production of Kitron by five generations of Naxians. Beautiful, engaging people who explained the processes for each product we saw so very well. Our guide Alex, was informative, knowledgeable and engaging. He made the tour interesting and fun for us. We highly recommend this tour if you are short on time as we were.
