Pleasant and leisurely tour of the fjords of Oslo. The boat was comfortable and the scenery good. Was a bit cold and windy on the outer decks, but more than comfortable inside.

Lovely two hour cruise around Oslo Fjord islands. Good commentary (in English) and reasonable value. The weather was fabulous and there is outside top deck seating available front and back which we used and a definite must if you can get them on a nice day.

The ferry was very comfortable and the journey was truly enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more pleasant. The scenery throughout the Oslo Fjord was absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful views at every turn. A wonderful way to explore the area and enjoy Norway’s stunning nature. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Start point of siteseeing cruise was hard to find from cruise ship and we finally found it but arrived 5 minutes after it left!

Really nice little boat ride. Friendly staff. They give you the opportunity to get off the boat and go around the Fram Museum then they’ll pick you up again later. Beer, wine and soft drinks all available to purchase on board.

The boat was very clean and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, the PA system was not functioning and the commentary failed to download onto our IPhones. Also, the location of departure was difficult to find as there is no kiosk or employee to direct you.

I’m disappointed with the customer service I received regarding a fjord cruise that was cancelled in advance due to maintenance. I understand that cancellations happen for safety reasons, so the issue is not the cancellation itself, but how it was handled. The company claimed they emailed and called me, but I never received any email or phone call. This left me unaware and inconvenienced. I spoke with Georgios Apostolopoulos while requesting a refund, but the response was unhelpful and dismissive rather than focused on resolving the issue. Unexpected problems can happen, but clear communication and respectful customer service should be the minimum standard.
We fully understand that cancellations are frustrating, which is exactly why we attempted to contact you multiple times both by phone and email prior to departure regarding the maintenance issue and the available alternatives and refund options. As safety always comes first, the cruise could not operate as planned. Your refund for our part was also processed accordingly. Had we received a response to any of our attempts to reach you, the situation could likely have been resolved much earlier and with less inconvenience for everyone involved. We also do not appreciate that an individual employee is singled out publicly with subjective accusations, particularly in a case where considerable time was spent attempting to assist, inform and resolve the matter, including granting a full refund from our side.
