Finding the location to meet for the tour was challenging. Seville has very narrow streets where your phone GPS program does not get coverage. Make sure you have a physical map. We took the Tapas and History tour and it was excellent. It was our first day in Seville and gave us an overview of the history of the area.
Maria, the host, for the Tapas tour was amazing. She made the whole experience fun, lovely, informative and engaging but was also such a delight to hang out with. She introduced me to some great places and I’d definitely do the tour with her again!

The guide was unenthusiastic and the evening was certainly not gourmet. The first two tapas were poor, the third stop was good and the fourth and final was non-existent. Offering crisps as an alternative to dessert was disgraceful. If these tours are portraying a Gourmet Tapas evening then the quality and standard should be very much better for £69. I emailed both Trip Advisor and Pancho Tours and no one responded, I would have expected better quality from them too.
Unenthusiastic guide; absent ‘luxury’; completely absent tapas at one of the four locations. Cannot recommend this tour.
My wife and I were the only people on the tour whcih we thought might have been a bit awkaward but Juan our guide was a star. Very engaging, very knowledgeble and and fantastic host for the evening. We started at s sherry bar where we tried 4 different type of sherry which got the evening off to a great start. Then 3 tapas bars each with 3 different types of tapas in each and a glass of wine. Then we ended up on the rooftop terrace of a hotel with a glass of orange wine overlooking the cathedral. We had a truly memorable evening thanks to Juan. Highly recommended!
Hi Paul! We are very grateful that you shared your opinion. For us it is very important to know what the experience of our customers has been. Jerez de la Frontera is a very nice place where you can enjoy good wine and food and for us it has been a pleasure to accompany you and your wife on your visit. We hope to see you again soon. Greetings!
Juan was an amazing tour guide. We loved the places he took us to. Each was unique and the food was marvelous. He explained some history without going overboard. The only suggestion I might offer is to focus the wine selections on choices not so sweet. Save the sweet stuff until the end.
Thank you very much for doing the tour with us and we will take into account the wines for future excursions. We are glad you enjoyed it.
A very friendly and awesome guide, started by the cathedral and made our way across various stops with each unique characters. Some places we wouldn’t have found ourselves. Ended with a surprise on a rooftop bar. Great pick of food & wine. Sadly we both forgot the mans name, but his wife was Chinese. A great tour.
Fantastic, it sounds like you had a great time. Thank you so much for your review!
We booked the tapas and wine tasting tour not knowing exactly what to expect. We were met by lovely Adele and discovered that we were her only guests for the evening tour. The next three hours passed in a flash. Adele was the absolute perfect host, keeping us fully engaged with her knowledge of the history of Seville along with interesting facts about the food and wine that we were tasting. We visited four very different restaurants and tried a total of 7 tapas with accompanying wines. The whole evening was very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. So, a huge thank you to Adele for a fabulous evening in wonderful Seville.
We were the only guests on our tour and Lara Croft (aka Lola) took us to four unique spots we would never have found on our own. In the first place we had Sherry, which was strong but gave us a lift for the evening. We also had some small Tapas. Next stop was for Rioja and more snacks. Third location was Ribera and more Tapas. I had Pig cheek which was delicious (like a stewed beef). Last stop was a roof top deck for Cava and a sweet snack with a view of the Giralda Tower. Funny that we seemed to walk quite a lot but when we finished we were within 100 yards/metres from where we started.
Haha, I suppose exploring history is a little like Tomb Raider too :D Glad you had a lot of fun.

The tour was ok but didn't live up to the billing. It states join an ex-chef - not on our tour, you'll learn about the history of Spanish gastronomy again nothing said on our tour, and there are many other claims on the web site about the tour that just didn't happen, and the food certainly wasn't gourmet standard! Having said that the tour was fun and the guide Rosa was good company and it did have a great surprise special end!
We have been on other Tapas tours notably in Valencia where the guide was much more informative giving information about the city as we passed from the locations and the standard of food provided was far superior, if Seville is meant to be the home of Tapas it has some work to do.
