Visitez KL Auschwitz 1. Franchissez la grille de fer portant le célèbre slogan Arbeit Macht Frei, qui signifie Travail vous libère. Voyez 22 casernes de briques, qui furent des prisons pour des centaines de milliers de victimes de la Shoah. Le plus glaçant est le bloc numéro 11, la soi-disant prison de la prison. Le bloc 11 contenait des chambres spéciales de torture, y compris des chambres obscures ou des cellules debout où diverses peines étaient infligées aux prisonniers. Les premières tentatives de tuer des personnes avec le Zyklon B ont eu lieu dans ce bloc. Le seul crématorium et chambre à gaz conservés se trouve à l'extrémité du camp. Après la visite de KL Auschwitz 1, voyagez en minivan à KL Auschwitz 2 Birkenau. Cette partie du camp est 25 fois plus grande qu'Auschw itz 1 et c'était le plus grand des camps de la mort. Plus de 1 100 000 personnes ont été assassinées ici. Entre 62 baraquements en bois se trouvent les ruines de 4 crématoriums et chambres à gaz, qui ont été détruits par les nazis dans le but de cacher les preuves de leurs crimes.

They posted photos of the meeting point with an address link, but that place doesn't even exist. Then, they sent a completely different address via WhatsApp—so how are we supposed to know which one to use if they don't answer messages or calls? We experienced a huge amount of stress. Thank God we made it to the tour in time, but we definitely do not recommend them!
We ordered lunch and payed for it. But we did’nt get it. They wrote at 2.44 om to tell us that we could get our lunch at some place, but the bus wars already gone. Now they don’t want to pay us back for food they did not deliver. Yvonne who was showing around was the sweetest lady.
Expect an expansive description of the atrocities that took place there. Our guide was excellent and passionate about his tour.
I made the mistake of not checking my mail where the time had been changed, they had tried to call me but i didn't pick up because it was an unknown number. At meeting point another great guide helped us with finding a solution. And in the end we came along on his tour even though it was already full booked. Such a great service, will definitely recommend them .
We have booked in advance and we knew that time could change a bit. But we have received email a day before at 9 in the evening! There was change not only about time, but also meeting point! Unfotunately we do not read emails at 9 evening! We have tried to reach them in the morning to check the meeting point, but unfortunately it is impossible - they are not answering emails, and they do not answer the phone! That is totally unprofesional to change everything night before and then not to double confirm with customers. We have paid almost 250 eur, but we do not know what do to and we exactly we need to go. I am trying to call them, but no luck. It looms like scam company.
A product was offered and a different one was sold. A complaint about this was rejected via email within minutes.
Lots of effort put into this, and organized. Tough subject. But covered objectively, with facts. We went in 33 degree heat and the tour guide was very professional, and seemed unbothered by it.
Seek for another tour! Horrible. Our guide was slow, spoke almost understandable English and when it was understandable she repeated the same things over and over. The cherry on the top was that the guide we had to bear for the whole time coughed and sneezed to the mic all the time. We chose to escape the tour as soon as possible and created a better experience with internet sources (there are plenty) at Birkenau. I would steer away from this one unless my life was at stake.
10/10 Everybody should Go and See this place once in their Lifetime. Our Guide was great and the Tour well organized.
Very good guide who explained everything very well. We had booked this tour because of time but day before the tour was suddenly brought forward from 10:00 to 05:45!!! Really ridiculous. Afterwards it was okay but gave a set on the tour. Furthermore good mini of with enough legroom.
