Les trulli et leurs toits coniques vous surprendront par leur histoire unique. À la fin, vous aurez du temps libre pour faire du shopping et déguster des spécialités locales dans les boutiques typiques. Après environ 1h20 de voyage, nous arriverons à Matera, où notre guide Pasquale vous accueillera dans le bus et vous dévoilera les secrets et l'histoire de la ville et de ses habitants, vous offrant une expérience captivante. Le voyage se fera à bord d'un bus Gran Turismo confortable, conduit par un chauffeur expert, pour rendre chaque voyage agréable et paisible. Notre premier arrêt sera Alberobello, que vous pourrez explorer pendant les trois heures de temps libre dont vous disposez. Saviez-vous que les trulli, les très célèbres bâtiments en brique de la ville, ont été déclarés site du patrimoine mondial en 1996 ? Lors de notre visite gratuite à Alberobello, vous pourrez visiter la basilique de San Cosma e Damiano ou l'église de Sant'Antonio da Padova. Évidemment, vous ne pouvez manquer ni les trulli siamois et sovrano ni les quartiers de Rione Aia Piccola et Rione dei Monti.
Notre guide vous emmènera visiter la merveilleuse Matera. Vous aurez également du temps libre pour profiter de la journée.

Great day out and I would highly recommend! The only problem was that it wasn't long enough! I want to go back to Matera to fully visit it. I was interested in a tour of and experiencing Matera so I booked this. Alberobello was just a nice bonus add-on for me but it was still pretty. Alberobello was just some nice houses and very small, once you've seen it, then that's it. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a guided tour for Alberobello. Matera however is huge and totally worth it! I felt like I was stood on sacred ground. It is an ancient and very fascinating town. I recommend the guided tour. Our tour guide, Cosomo, was very knowledgeable and would answer any questions participants had. The coach was also a smooth ride. The air-conditioning functioned but wasn't the best but better than nothing. Enough leg room and comfortable seats.

The experience was lovely. The bus was clean and comfortable. The drivers and guides were professional. The amount of time at each location was just right for a first time experience. It was a good value for the price.

IT was not a tour, IT was only a transport for 55 eur (bus ticket would cost less then 10eur) we had to walk about 10 min just to reach the site.The guide was AI speaking in few languages in the bus. I felt betrayed and despaired. Avoid Smart Tours!
It was a well-organized excursion to very worth seeing goals, of which Matera made the greatest impression.
Good day tour of both wonderful towns. I would have loved more time in each town. Maybe spending one day on each place.
Overall tour was excellent. Driver Nico did an outstanding job, I felt secure and safe as we traveled. First stop in Alberobello was ok. I did the self guided tour and truthfully this is the reason I rated the tour a 4. Because we got there in the morning, I was done walking around before most food places were open. I ended up walking around aimlessly for over an hour. Suggest maybe less time or later departure. Matera was fantastic. Lot to see and the guide Pascal(?) was great. Be prepared to walk a lot, up and down hills.
Reception and punctuality at the departure.Bus , clean and quiet. Driver with "smooth" and safe driving. Beautiful Alberobello and Matera. The guide, Pasquale, engaging and friendly, responds flexibly to needs (eg urgent need for toilets, cafes, restaurants...) and any questions. A really nice organization, from the first contact on social to the final greeting. I highly recommend!
Although the weather wasn't the greatest, we had a fantastic day out. The location for pick up in Bari was very easy to locate and the pre tour briefing was very thorough. The bus took us to the historic towns of Alberobello and then onto Matera. The driver of the bus (can't remember his name) was great and ensured everyone was comfortable. The guide at Matera (Pasquale) was great and explained everything in great passion and detail.

I liked that Matera’s guide was exclusively for speaking Spanish. Very complete his explanations of the sassis
