Description

Very interesting culinary tour, Heri taught us a lot about gastronomy but also the city and the country in general. We highly recommend this tour and super guide
Thank you for your review, yes he is one of our best french speaking guide. His knowledge is superb! Hope you enjoyed the tour, thanks! -javaratour tour and travel-
This was the first time I took a food tour in any city. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Harry showed up on time and took us for walk through the city experiencing Godjek, the iconic dish of Yogyakarta then we went on to experience Bakmi and some Javanese drinks like Ronde and Tape that were just so subtle and delicious in tastes! Our walk eventually ended in Malliboro, the shopping center of the city. We would never have experienced these foods on our own. Harry was good conversationalist sharing interesting tidbits on history of the city, with suggestions on places to visit, shop. Overall a great evening !
Super! Thank you for your review! Hope you and your family satisfied with our walking and food tour with him. Thank you!
Puspa was a great guide. We tasted a lot of different specialties while talking about food, Indonesia, history and much more. Come with an empty stomach!
Thank you for your review! Yes Puspa is our beloved guide, she can explain the story, history and many things. Hope you enjoyed your tour while in Yogyakarta. Javaratour and travel
Harits is a special person who puts passion into what he does. He takes you around the streets of Yogyakarta to let you taste the typical dishes and you can immediately see his personal touch in the selection of places and dishes. The Kopi Joss is good but probably the only really touristy experience on the tour. The tour is very enjoyable exactly because you get the feeling of walking around with a friend who takes you to discover his favorite dishes.
Thank you very much for your review, we are very happy if you are satisfied with our tour and tour guide. - Javaratour and Travel

Nobody showed up to the tour. A waste of my time and honestly a joke. If you sign up for an activity and there are complications, at least send a cancelling email
We re really sorry, that day was a holy day for Hindu so we can't manage the tour. We also refund your money 100%.
Hartis is an amazing guide, the food was just as amazing. The history and culture around the food was enlightening. Would like to do another tour with him
Thank you Elvis for the review, we really appreciate it :) Yes Harits is a good guide. Hope you had a good time with him while you walk and eat delicious food. Have a nice trip in Indonesia.
We had a great afternoon and evening with our guide, Harits. He explained many interesting things about the local culture and food and we tried a lot of things we never had before, among others the famous gudeg dish which was surprisingly delicious! Tour ended with a walk through the famous Jalan Malioboro. He was also genuinely interested in our country and culture, as we were the first ever Danish tourists he guided on a tour. We'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to try the local specialties of Yogyakarta and has limited time in the city or doesn't know where to start.
Thank you Mr Tobias and Miss Barbara, we are glad you liked our tour guide Harits and our tour program. Enjoy your vacation and stay safe...
Amazing local food and experience. We also learned some fun facts while walking around from one stop to the next. Thank you, Harits!
