It's one of the worst customer service!!! Knows how to ask favors and modifications from the customer but, on the other hand, extremely strict when needed help. Also, it's not cheap! And finally, don't give the full information.

We actually ended up with the tour guide all to ourselves. We went as a family of four and it was pouring down rain but we were not going to cancel and lose this opportunity. Our family was able to experience the coliseum with the local tour guide all to ourselves. She was thorough, engaging, asked questions of our teenaged daughters, shared local, personal, and historical information which was so interesting. We recommend 100% even with the pouring down rain!

From first booking the communication was very good. When we arrived we were the only 2 people on the tour , which they could have cancelled but allowed us to go ahead - making it like our own private tour. Sabrina our guide was lovely and very knowledgeable - not just in relation to the Colosseum and surrounds but also regarding Italian and European history . This provided context to the information that she shared with us . She also shared her favourite areas in each of the sites we visited making the tour more personal and enjoyable. The tour was well paced and we didn’t notice the 3 hours pass by. Would highly recommend
