Description
Être libre dans les montagnes à cheval est tout simplement époustouflant. Rejoignez-nous pour l'aventure d'une heure et demie à cheval dans les montagnes. Lors de cette visite, vous avez la possibilité de tölt votre cheval, une démarche spéciale connue des chevaux islandais. À la fin de la visite, vous êtes invité à nous rejoindre pour un café et des rafraîchissements légers. La visite d'une heure et demie consiste en une brève introduction à l'équitation de chevaux islandais. Puis nous sommes partis à cheval. Nous retournons ensuite à Stable Stop pour le démontage, des séances de photos avec votre noble destrier et quelques rafraîchissements légers.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The horses were fantastic, well cared for, and perfectly matched to the riders. The scenery was beautiful, and the rides were a great mix of fun, adventure, and relaxation. This stable is a peaceful and intimate place. Our ride was scheduled at a time that suited us perfectly. It was just my sister, our guide, and me, which made the experience feel very personal. On our second visit, we were also joined by a wonderful dog who made the ride even more fun! Riders of all experience levels can enjoy this place. I even saw a young child riding a calm horse that was being led by the guide. I wasn't completely confident about our riding skills at first, but our guide paid close attention to us and adapted the ride to our level. Thanks to that, the experience was exciting without ever feeling unsafe. Our guide, Idun, was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated that we had the chance to spend some time talking with her after the ride. The communication with the owner, Anna Maria, was also excellent from the very beginning. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made everything easy to arrange. We enjoyed our first ride so much that we came back for another one just two days later! Even though it rained throughout our second ride, we had an amazing time and loved every minute of it. If I had spent more time in the area, I would definitely have booked another ride—this time a much longer one. These horses are amazing, and I found the Icelandic riding style much more comfortable and less tiring than English riding. If we visit Iceland again, we will definitely return. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing experience! Our trail ride was customized to our riding level and was private to our group! We had amazing guides and an amazing host! Best cultural Icelandic experience we had on our trip!

A beautiful ride through gorgeous scenery including wooded trails, mountain backdrop and rushing stream. Our guide was very good and truly cared about our experience.

Unique experience on Icelandic horses. Slow walk with a bit of faster tolk at the end. Wish it would have been a faster ride. Nice leaders. Very personable.

Friendly team with well Kept horses. The trail is exceptional . However they were overbooked and underprepared with saddles , number of horses etc .
