Prise en charge depuis l'un de nos ports Amber Cove ou Taino Bay : dès la réservation, vous recevrez un email indiquant l'heure de prise en charge et un plan sur lequel vous devrez suivre les instructions pour vous rendre au point de rendez-vous où nous vous attendra et portera votre nom ainsi que le logo de notre entreprise. Prise en charge depuis les hôtels : le voyageur doit indiquer l'adresse et le nom de l'hôtel, notre personnel vous attendra dans le hall et tiendra votre nom et le logo de notre société.

I had a horrible time, would not recommend. We payed for 7-12 jumps and were expecting this excursion to be all day only to receive 1 jump(we were back at the resort within an hour and a half, and the drive was half that). When we contacted the company for a refund they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Save your money and don’t use this company.
Hi Jason, unfortunately I do not have a Jason in our tours but I know the tour talking about based on the other 1 star review. I was nothing but professional with Max and his mom. Like I said before I really do apologize for the experience and tried to make it better by offering a free City Tour on which we have full control of. After speaking with the park manager we received conflicting stories so they could not offer a refund. Michel and I will grow from this, Safe Travels
STAY FAR AWAY!!! They lied about the quantity of waterfalls and when asked for compensation for the tour we were denied. We were picked up from our hotel and everything was fine at first. Both the driver and tour guide were nice. The tour guide explained some of Puerto Plata’’s history and some fun facts about the city. After arriving to the falls we then were greeted by our tour guide “Piro” who would be taking us to waterfalls, he was also friendly. But this was unfortunately where our experience took a turn for the worst. After walking 30mins in the forest we arrived at the first fall… At first everything was okay and my group and I were having fun however after jumping that same fall twice we then walked back to the bus and that was the end of our excursion. When the guide asked us how our experience was we said “good although we thought it would be longer” and because of the language barrier laughed and said “good, good”. We then asked for compensation and after days of back and forth received not even a dime. STAY FAR AWAY from this overpriced tour.
Hello, first off I do apologize your son did not have a great time at Damajaqua Waterfalls. We take great pride in our services and the services were provided to the T. I did reach out to the park manager and even tried getting a refund, but we received conflicting stories. In exchange I even offered you and your family a FREE city tour which we operate 100%. BUT at the end of the I still wish there was more we could have done for your son and his experience. We will take this feedback and grow, Safe Travels!
Super experience, absolutely recommended!!!! My kids were thrilled, the tour guide only knew Spanish and English, so I had to translate for my kids, but that didn’t hurt the fun. I would book it again immediately

A Must-Book Experience in Puerto Plata! We recently visited Puerto Plata with a group of 10 family and friends, and booking with Michel Tours was easily one of the best decisions we made on the trip! You need to be in shape. This is a nice excursion, but our group was older and it was a bit much. The staff was excellent took good care of everyone. They were supportive and helped everyone the entire way. The food st the end was great - some of the best local food we have ever had on any trip to the area. Our photo/video guy was great and the video and pics are terrific. I would just suggest a bit more info on the physical nature of the walk/climb if you are over 70.

From start to finish this was an amazing experience. David and team was on point. Booking details and confirmation was a breeze, Neo our driver was patient and informative. We arrived before the big groups at the waterfalls which made it even better. This private transport there and back was the best way to go. We got picked up just outside the exit gate as promised, Neo had refreshments ready as well as a Mamajuana shot for the adults! 👍🏼👍🏼 Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a reliable company and a great time!

Absolutely had a blast, Safe, comfortable, We had no problem leaving all of our belongings behide with Neo as we ventured along the river. The lunch was perfect and the ride was a lot of fun. Thanks again for a great experience. Oh and helping get my wife's phone back to NH after she left it behind was above and beyond. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went this September for my birthday for girls trip. From the initial communication with David, everything was a breeze!! Anthony our driver was amazing, super friendly and patient. We went to all the stops as promised and Anthony even throw in a couple extra stops! Pick up and drop off at the port was super easy. Port is also very nice and updated. Would definitely recommend this company and will be back soon… I HOPE!! Thank you guys! Awesome team!

This was a great private tour instead of booking with cruiseline. Was easy to get to pickup location just outside Taino Bay (just past the taxis) next to police station. Our guide, Neo, was so friendly and even had some beverages for us in his van. He got us to Damajaguas Falls before all the big tour groups came through. Lunch was delicious and ready as we came out of the tour. Afterwards, Neo took us to some tourist locations in town. He even took some pictures for us and then sent them to us by WhatsApp. We got back in plenty of time to our ship with no rush! I highly recommend this tour!
