Excellent experience, especially if you go with family; the crew is very attentive, especially to the elderly and children, super professional, and the guide's explanation was wonderful. Excellent value for quality to spend 3 incredible hours.
Booked with our hotel laguna park 1 realy enjoyed we saw pilot whale's fabulous day had our photos taken be nice if choice of sandwiches could be offered as we not fan of paella other than that a fantastic trip tina and cousin at staff helped my cousin down to use the toilet helpful friendly
It is a pleasant excursion. We saw dolphins and whales and swam. Perhaps more time to swim. The crew was very friendly. It was not very crowded, it was comfortable. The food was basic, rice and sweet gofio dough for dessert, but for the price for a local resident, it is fine.
Amazing experience, the staff on board were friendly and informative. We were able to see numerous wales during the excursion before stopping for food and a swim. My group had dietary requirements that were well catered for and the inclusion of drinks was an additional bonus of this trip. Would definitely recommend this trip to others
We went as a family and had a great trip! We saw whales and turtles. The sea is beautiful and you get a chance to jump in and swim. The boat was not overcrowded at all and ther was plenty of space on board. The staff were fantastic - really helpful and so polite(shout out to Cpt Roberto, Laura and Rebecca).
I would not book this tour again. Yes, we saw whales and dolphins, and the crew was very friendly and helpful. But... there were about 120 people on the ship, it was completely packed! If I wanted to go anywhere, I had to walk between the people while the ship was rocking, and there were few handrails to hold onto. Therefore, we actually just sat in our place and only got up once each to get food and drinks. For me, the many people were rather stressful, and I could not enjoy it as much. Anyone who is not bothered by that won't go wrong here.
We enjoyed a catamaran trip to see dolphins and whales. The trip was three hours long and included food and drinks. Boarding was well organised and they took photos of guests as the boarded, which you can purchase at the end of the trip. 10 euros for one or 15 euros for two. So very reasonable. The catamaran was smooth and enjoyable. They have a rule that only five lay on the rope type area at a time. They have two sections that offer this and a wooden area with bean bags too. So plenty for everyone. There’s also shaded seating areas too. The bar offered wine, beer and sangria as well as soft drinks. The food was chicken nuggets and chips for children and paella for adults. The food was ok for a catamaran trip. We was able to see dolphins during the trip and they came very close to the catamaran. It was amazing. I’ve been on boat trips to see the dolphins and whales previously but the catamaran was definitely a closer experience. My seven year old loved it. You stop off at an area near La Caleta for swimming. Children can hold the rescue ring for support if needed. Overall this was a really enjoyable trip and I would recommend for adults and children to enjoy.
Food was very good. Beer a Diaster, foam in a cup. Soft drinks a Diaster, foam in a cup. Cookie/biscuit poor taste. Ice cream a fee charged. Music on boat terrible.
Unfortunately, such a real Torist trap Very full boat Could have done without food and swimming to be with the dolphins longer (the time was too short) For that I find the price ok with pickup That worked out well and the captain and the whole crew were ok If you only do the tour for the dolphins then prefer a private tour or small ships
We thought it was going to be a relaxing mini-cruise, but it was a bit of a bad experience. We were touched by a group of drunk young Englishmen and they kept screaming. As much as they were told they were still. One had a joint removed with several notices. I don't think it's right and even more so if children travel too.
