Attraction principale du parc national de Killarney, cette belle maison a été construite en 1839-1843. La reine Victoria est restée ici. Les jardins sont mondialement connus pour leur saveur et leur grandeur.
Construit par le Chieftan local, McCarthy Mor, pour les francisciens en 1448, il est resté pendant des siècles un important centre de culture religieuse jusqu'à ce qu'il soit mis à sac par Cromwell en 1652. Une visite là-bas aujourd'hui est une expérience enchanteresse et envoûtante.

Excellent family day out which included 2 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. Brilliant to be able to take our dog with us too. The bicycles were in excellent working order. Instructions provided before departure. The national park is such a beautiful asset to Killarney, Kerry and Ireland. Cycling was a great way to see it from another perspective.

Me and my new wife hired some bikes to explore the national park grounds and were upsold the ebikes, which were well worth the extra. The route isn't strenuous but having the ebikes makes a more enjoyable experience. We the whole day out the bikes with plenty to explore around the national park. Staff were great, very friendly and super informative on how to use the ebikes. Special mention to the member that sent back my driving licence that I dropped in the car park (they provide parking). High recommend for all ages. We had a blast.
