Le service VIP Meet and Greet Fast Track est un moyen idéal pour commencer vos vacances sur l'île tropicale d'Antigua. Un accueil chaleureux et personnel vous attend lorsque vous quittez votre avion avant d'entrer dans la zone d'immigration, et votre représentant VIP vous conduira ensuite vers une voie de traitement dédiée. Ensuite, les clients sont guidés à travers le traitement accéléré des passeports et l'autorisation d'immigration. Un représentant VIP accompagnera les invités à la récupération des bagages et à la zone douanière. Après cela, les clients seront dirigés vers leur véhicule avec chauffeur de la société de transfert avec laquelle ils ont réservé pour les transférer vers leur lieu de villégiature. Les transferts aéroport ne sont pas inclus dans ce service. Les clients sont libres de réserver auprès de n'importe quelle société de transfert et de profiter de ce service. Eagle Transfers and Tours se fera un plaisir d'organiser des transferts à la demande des clients.

It is super simple and fast. Well worth the money we were off the plane through customs and in our car within 30 minutes

Felt I was looked after before I went and whilst in the airport. They communicated well before what I needed to do. When arriving we was met and looked after. This is well worth the money if you want to miss those queues. I booked with no transferred but was looked after up to the point we was handed over to who we was getting our transfer with. Thank you to the team for this made our first impression of Antigua start with a high.

The experience on arrival was fine. The experience on departure was terrible - the car to take us to the airport from the hotel never showed up and no one answered the phone when we called to ask whether our ride was on the way. After waiting 45 minutes we had to ask the hotel to arrange a taxi. Not the way anyone wants to spend their last morning on vacation.
After we arrived , a lady was holding a sign with our name. She handed us a ticket and aid go downstairs and go through the line and I will meet u later. We got downstairs and wasn’t sure what to do . We figured it out ourselves went still never said the lady again. We went to our resort desk outside thanks to our travel agent for helping us find it over the phone and left to the resort. We did not get the experience we were expecting . We had never been here annd was unsure of what to do and she was really no help to us.

The queue for immigration was very long. We were met off the plane, breezed to the front of the queue and then breezed to the front of the queue at customs where we were met and taken straight to our transfer. Very fast, very efficient, very friendly. Absolutely essential if you don’t like hanging around after a long flight. Worth every penny!

Friendly service and communication. Although the lines were not long this time (they were horrible last year), the service was worth it. It's nice to be greeted right off the plane and shown exactly where to go and what to do. We were off the plane and in our taxi within 20 minutes.
